Ok, ladies, this one is for you!!! Panty lines. Time to dive deep into a somewhat shallow but TOTALLY necessary topic!
First of all, there are SO many articles out there about this, all with conflicting information. Some of them say that you have to wear panties or you risk a yeast infection (eek!), while others say that it doesn't matter. As with most information directed at people with female parts - everything is confusing!
So I reached out to a friend of mine who is a doctor and it turns out....
"The answer is: it doesn't matter one bit!"
Turns out that your body is pretty good at taking care of itself and regulating down south, so you get to choose what you wear down under.
So there you have it, straight from a medical professional! You can go commando or wear panties and it will not impact your workout or your privates!
Ok, but what does this mean in terms of whether or not you should wear panties? Well, it turns out that you can make that decision for yourself and...the best part??? Whatever you choose to do will be the right choice because you are making a choice that makes you happy and comfortable!

Leggings wearers really should do bending/squatting check before leaving house. At the bootcamp class, several ladies standing in front of me wearing non-opaque leggings without undies. So when they were bending down (picking up dumbbells or burpees), it wasn’t a pleasant sight. I didn’t know them well, so I didn’t say anything about their sheer leggings.
I honestly didn’t realise this as a topic of conversation. If you usually wear Panties, then wear them. If not, then don’t. As per a VPL, guys, you’re there To except use for yourself. Ain’t no-one staring at your butt by you. Just be conformance and confident. I’m sure guys aren’t stressing over this topic.
