RETURNS: We accept returns (excluding Final Sale items) within 30 days of purchase in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. U.S. returns will have a $5.95 return fee applied that covers the cost of shipping your return back, as we will be providing the shipping label. Your initial shipping charges will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items you're returning will be refunded. For International returns, you are responsible for any shipping charges spent to mail your return back.

First Time Buyer, Definitely Coming Back

I bought the fit planner with stickers (gotta love stickers), for my 2024 goals to stay consistent. I really like that the planner has EVERYTHING that I want to track with even some extra things as well, so it's a great way for me combine all of my journals, of workout journal, meal prep tracker, body measurements all in one.

Now let me address the CUSTOMER SERVICE. UPS actually delivered my first planner to the wrong address, and I didn't even know if I'd be able to still get it, so I wrote to Pop Flex Active about the situation and I had a response the same night, and a replacement was sent in the mail to me the next day. When I say the customer service is top tier, it is TOP TIER. I couldn't believe the service I received especially today when customer service is lacking in so many places. Leah thank you so much. I will be coming back here if for no other reason than the customer service.
