I love the colors of this set. They are even more beautiful in person. Everything goes very well together. The mat is a perfect level of cushion so I don’t need to double it up under my knees.

Everything in this kit is what I had hoped it to be. The mat is the perfect thickness and really helps with grip. At times I think I'm going to slip and I don't, it's like magic. I do want to note that stuff will stick to the suede part! Dog hair, little things like that so be aware. The bands are amazing, they are comfy and don't slip or roll/fold. The blocks are great as well. And the colors!! My favorite they are vibrant and colorful. I'm so glad I made this investment.

I love this mat set. It makes exercise feel so luxurious and the padding really helps with comfort while doing floor exercises. Love the vegan suede as I do not slip and slide while I sweat. Knocked a star off because the mat came with a super strong chemical scent that has not subsided after a week even following the cleaning instructions.

it's perfect for hot yoga because the more you sweat the more drip you have. the thickness of it is also great, i had bunion surgery so it helps with balance and cushion on my feet.
