Love the new color

I have added the dusty mauve color to my collection. The updated version shorts are longer and the ribbon wrap feels thinner. In my opinion, the previous mesh fabric from the other skorts I bought earlier in the year feels like better quality. Besides the difference in fabric, the skirt still has the flowy-ness to it which I love.

They Definitely Changed It

Alrighty, friends... I thought I was done buying this skort, but then they released this beautiful dusty mauve color, and, well... I had to, you know?

So I have bought this skort on 4 occasions now. The first two (pink and cream) are my favorites in terms of quality. The tulle is soft but fairly wrinkle-resistant, and I bought these at the same time during the first restock of this year. I liked them so much that I bought the black one later on, as I realized they were selling like hotcakes and I did not want to miss the boat. And when I got that one, it was still pretty good, but the tulle was a little thinner, prone to wrinkles, and dust. The dust part could just be because of the dark color, but the thinner tulle was a little confusing. To be honest, I was a little disheartened - I thought it would be closer in quality to the two I had bought before - but it's still beautiful and I kept it and I really appreciated Customer's Support's response to me.

So my dusty mauve skort arrived today, and the color is beautiful. The tulle is about the same as the black one - a little thinner than the others, but maybe because of the lighter color, it doesn't really show dust and it doesn't look that wrinkly. I'm not really disappointed because my expectations were tempered a little by the black one I had gotten before. The most major change for this one compared to the ones I got earlier this year is that the ribbon wrap bow for your waist is made of much thinner fabric. This gives it a bit of a flimsier look compared to the older ones. But it is a little easier to tie and I imagine it would stay tied more easily, so that might be the tradeoff being made here.

Overall, still my favorite design, but yes - be aware it may be a bit different from previous iterations and the videos on youtube and such.

Beautiful color but not flattering on me

Color is beautiful. Fabric is soft. Something about the skirt was not flattering on me. Not sure if it was the longer hemline or the way it hung straight down. Ended up returning. Didn't work for my body type.
