U.S. returns will have a $5.95 return fee applied that covers the cost of shipping your return back, as we will be providing the shipping label. Your initial shipping charges will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items you're returning will be refunded. For International returns, you are responsible for any shipping charges spent to mail your return back.

I absolutely love the design of this bag. I bought the black travel edition and I cannot wait to use it with my suitcase, so far I have only used it for weekends away. It fits so much and I love the thought behind all the compartments and pockets.
The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is there are a couple of nit picky things that may not be for everyone at that price point.
Firstly, I found it rather heavy compared to my other weekend bags, but I guess that is the price to pay for the quality!
It may help to have a padded shoulder strap as the one it currently has is a bit like a seat belt which isn’t the most comfortable when carrying it at its heaviest.
I absolutely love the fabric (look and feel) but I would just be cautious as it dents and marks quite quickly on the outside, so looks like it could easily damage.
Some of the other reviews mentioned the large water bottle straps but that doesn’t really bother me too much as I am usually too scared to pack my water bottles anyway. Others also mentioned that the shoe compartment comes up into the bag rather than down, this also doesn’t bother me as that seems to be the case with most of my bags, and there is still so much space even if you stuff the shoe compartment full!
Overall it is a rather expensive bag, but I do love it and cannot wait to keep using it.

I have had my eye on the teal Ella Duffle forever! I finally purchased it and was not disappointed. My ONLY feedback is I wish that that plastic hardware (clips, straps) were metal

I love this bag! This bag has been so helpful for me on my weekends work trips. I can fit all my things that I need and I still could have enough space for more! Saves me from having to carrying around a bulky backpack for work.

The magic flash fabric is beautiful and everybody at my dance studio loves my new dance bag. I also bought the cloudcushion mat with this duffel bag, but theres a MAJOR problem! The same brand of yoga mat doesn't fit with a bag that should fit it?! This makes me very upset as this bag isn't cheap, it comes with a hefty price tag. This was a big deal breaker and if I knew about this I wouldn't have bought this bag. Big let down. Don't buy if you want your cloudcusion mat-or any mat to fit at that.
