I am a pretty devout Erin Condren fan and love their petite wellness planners. However, I really love this journal too! I like that it has more options around meal planning, tracking emotions and account for water. It's also beautiful and I love the holographic text!
To be honest I was a little sceptical when I bought my 1st ever 90 day journal. I wasn't sure I would be able to keep track or have the interest in doodling or writing down what I ate each day. However, having the accountability of writing down what I eat every day and when or if I did activity has helped me so much to figure out my body. It was so fantastic I had to get another one
I got Casey’s 12 week journal from target that was similar to this and I fell in love and immediately needed another one! I love that this has the tabs for each week and the wire binding so it flips open and stays open—which are different from the target version. The grocery list and macro/calories tabs are great, and I love that it tracks mood and sleep as well. This journal is perfect for keeping you on track or for a transformative journey. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!
The Journal is nice. Nothing too special. The cover is different the inside however is the same. But I like it either way. Already my 3rd one!
This is my second day using this journal. It's so detailed and practical to use. I loved all the colors and design in this notebook, can't wait to finish it already :D
I have just picked my journal up at the local post office in Hungary and I already love it so much! It is smaller than I expected, but I actually love that because it is easy to carry around. I love the structure of the journal, the colours, the motivational quotes. I cannot wait to begin my journey!

I love the color of the book, I do wish it was a little bigger but its fine I write small. I also am following the 1500 cal (plus an extra 200 cal snack) for the meal plan which leaves me satiated and not starving. Good luck to everyone who's made the decision for themselves to get healthy this year! We got this!
