I’ve used the 90 day journal for 6 days and feel like I am better able to keep a handle on what I’m eating and how I feel after eating those foods (spaghetti is sadly a nonstarter for me ☹️). I keep it with me all day. So grateful to have a tool to help me through my journey. One criticism that I have is that I’d like the box for daily notes to be a little larger.
It arrived in timely manner. The journal is actually the perfect size to carry around all day which allows me to jot stuff down immediately. The tabs are great for switching back and forth to check sections. Really like the end of week recap that helps draw the focus back to your Why. The only thing that I would want is a little more note space but I just end up writing any extra thoughts in the meal period that they correspond to.
Overall 10/10 I'm so happy I got it! Cassey saves the day again :)
