RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. Love this so much. I recently traveled with it and it held so much. I was even able to fit in my rolled up coccyx cushion in the bottom compartment. In the main compartment, I had my passport, chargers for phone and tablet, tablet, phone, bulky neck pillow, makeup pouch. It could definitely hold more. On the way back, I hooked my neck pillow on one of the outside straps and was able to fit in a large round purse that I bought as a souvenir in addition to everything else. It also fits comfortably under the airplane seat. It's a great adventure companion and I highly recommend.

honestly i wish i splurged on this backpack sooner because i absolutely love it! its so well made, incredibly functional, looks gorgeous, and is comfortable to wear all day long! just took this on a cruise to bermuda with me and it was definitely a must have for me. sooo many pockets, including the zipper shoe compartment on the bottom plus the extra straps for yoga mat or sweater were also perfect for a towel or flip flops. this pack is worth every penny!!

Truly I love this in every way. SO MANY POCKETS! I would prefer if the pockets all had options to tighten them or zip up, since stuff falls out, but thsi back pack is so good oh my god ughhh it's amazing. The magnets are a little weaker than I'd like but still-i just--this is the perfect backpack. It holds everything. The cinch on the outside of the backpack for water or phones? Genius. The water holder inside?? Genius. I can't even express how much I love it. I use this for travel and school. It's amazing.

I love this bag, I use it for travel more than for hiking. It's a perfect traveling mom bag, the yoga mat straps won't work for extra thick yoga mats, like the popflex extra thick one for example does not fit in the straps but I am sure a normal thickness one wouldn't have any issues.
