I've bought several items from earlier collections, and then stopped due to the sizing issues a lot of us were having. I took a chance on this collection, and I was not disappointed! It's so obvious how much Cassey and her team took our comments into consideration and made changes to correct those issues. I really like that the removable padding in this bra is not the push-style like in her previous collections, but is a normal "shield" for smoothness. The color is lovely, the phone pocket in the back is an amazing add-on, and I love the little peek-a-boo detail that just adds a little more fun to this bra.
In theory, this is a super cute design, but like with many clothes, they tend to only look good on the model. I bought three different sports bras, and this one felt tighter than the others. I have small boobs, and this flattened me out even more. The back pocket fit my iPhone 11, with about an inch sticking out on top. I don't think I'd ever use that pocket though. The "ButterSilk" fabric does not feel like butter or silk. It felt like average activewear material from Target. Don't let their marketing fool you. The coverage is a little high for me, and the straps are way too wide, but that's my personal preference. It felt like the sports bra version of granny panties, but slightly better. Since I clearly don't like the way this looks on me, I'll be returning it and sticking with my usual brand, as I am very particular about sports bras and activewear material. I've tried a lot of their sports bras, and they never seem to work for me. If it's not a sizing issue, it's that they try too hard to add cute or unique designs and end up compromising the functionality of the piece. I keep giving them another chance when they come out with new pieces, but I keep getting disappointed. You have no idea how much I've spent on return shipping alone.
Let me start off by saying, I was hesitant to buy a bra without adjustable straps because the last one I got from Popflex seriously cut into my underboob (which was not my jam). BUT, this bra does not do that. It’s perfect. I’m very picky about my bras and this one is up there with my favorites. I wear a 32C and my chest measures to about 32.5”-33”. Because I was on the cusp of a XS-S, I went with the XS and just don’t throw it in the dryer (I hang dry it). I don’t use the removable pads. This bra is my jam. Highly recommend.
I agree with other reviews that this rana bit small. I ordered a L which is my normal popflex size and the larges all fit me great in the terrain collection. The band on here was a bit tight on me, and I had to wrestle myself into it. I had to rearrange my boobs quite a bit to get them to sit right, and I don't imagine that they'll stay in place when I workout, so if I keep this it will be to look cute on light/yoga days, which is totally valid! I am still on the fence, but this one does match both of the leggings that I got so I still have some thinking to do. For larger chested people out there, proceed with caution!
I absolutely adore this bra, the colors are beautiful and vivid. The fabric is buttery and soft! I love the pocket in the back and the peek a boo in the front!
Lovely colors! I opted for this bra since it goes with both burgundy and mauve leggings in the Sugarplum collection. It’s very supportive yet comfortable, and it holds up to high impact workouts. I really love the little peekaboo cutout, the mauve band, and pocket! What a thoughtfully designed bra.
This bra seems like one that will be supportive however, I got this in the same size I have gotten all the other bras I have got from PopFlex recently, based on the size chart in the images, and I feel like this one in particular runs small and am going to be exchanging it.
