Can't go wrong with these

Material is lovely and thick, and they have three different settings so you can't go wrong with these. Very good quality

strong and cute

Great bands! Don't pinch or slide. I can now comfortably do my booty band exercises in shorts! - I'd always wear full length leggings to use my old rubber booty bands to keep them in place and from pinching. They are a bit stronger than your average Light fabric band - which gives me lots of resistance to build up to the strong booty band. For comparison, I'd say the light in this set is about equal to medium plus resistance on the all rubber bands I've used in the past.

Disappointed about quality and packaging

The bands smell very strong, it seems like they used the cheapest material. On top of that they are packed three times in plastic (in 2022? Really?) And they are really heavy compared to other bands. The light one ist as strong as medium bands from other brands.

not for beginners

Probably a great product, but much too hard for beginners to use very much.

Loving these bands. I don’t use them daily and I haven’t had them long, but so far they’re holding up nicely and doing exactly what I bought them for! They stay put during a variety of exercises, and provide a good amount of resistance.
