Romance Ruffle Bra - Peppercorn

So happy I grabbed the last one during last sales! I ordered Navy Rose (discontinued) in size XXS (although I usually order XS for my 32A) and it's quite snug but love it nonetheless as the material is stretchy enough.

Very cute — dramatic straps that can also be subtle with the right shirt. The quality is excellent.

I got a medium and it's a snugger fit and really flattering (I'm 34B). My chest area was secure even with this being a lower cut (my first time wearing a bra as a top and having/showing any kind of cleavage at the gym). I felt like I had little wings or angelic while wearing this. I didn't get verbal compliments on the bra in particular, but people were drumming up conversation with me more that usual at the gym. So I would consider this a more inviting piece for the wearer.

A beautiful construction overall and I'm really happy that I got this. Unfortunately I had to knock off a star because it's absolutely not moisture-wicking, and for the price, I'd need some ventilation. Otherwise I'd be more inclined to wear this during yoga than an intense workout.

I bought this style because I wanted something different. I wasn’t sure about the ruffles, but I think they’re so pretty! I also feel very covered in the bra, and for the most part it’s very true to size for me (I’m a medium/size 6 and 34A). I just wish it was just a little bit longer to be a true crop top, or a little shorter to be more of a “bra,” because the band is just a little awkward placement on me. I’m excited to wear it with high rise leggings or jeans.

The Navy Rose print/collection is one of my favourites, unfortunately, this is the only item I ended up getting from it (everything else sold out). I always liked the idea of the Ruffle Bra, really does look romantic and oh so elegant, but I always thought: "how would I wear a shirt of any kind over this?" without it looking silly or bunched up. That, and the low cut, is probably what held me back from purchasing it til now.
Well, I still don't have an answer to that question, lol. I think it's meant to just be worn on its own. Ah well. As for the low cut, I usually get a small in Popflex bras, but I sized up to a medium because I had a terrible fit with a small in the corset bra (so much spilling because it was SO low cut, I had to return it). So I was worried that a small in this bra would give me the same problem. With the medium, it's still low cut, but not nearly as bad, although the band isn't quite as tight since I sized up. (I also took the cups out on mine.) But, I got the beautiful Navy Rose print I wanted, and it was on clearance, which made it a little less, so overall I'd say I'm glad. :)

I never thought workout clothes could make you feel like you're a fit princess but here we are. The ruffles, pattern and neckline are ultra feminine! I'm busty so I read the other reviews and got an XL based on sizing suggestion. I'm still hanging out a bit so I just use for very low impact movement like walking or lifting.
