Your initial shipping charges will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items you're returning will be refunded. For International returns, you are responsible for any shipping charges spent to mail your return back.

I had eyed this bag for months then finally bought it a few weeks ago. My youngest kiddo is autistic and has a lot of appointments between speech therapy and other therapy programs we have him in. I spend a lot of time sitting in on those appointments and needed something that could carry my laptop, planner, journal where I take appointment notes, pens, lunch, etc. This bag is amazing. It fits so much without feeling bulky and enormous like the backpack I'd been hauling around before. I did take off one star because EVERYTHING sticks to the material. It looks pretty gunky between my dog's hair and other random lint if I don't use a lint roller on it regularly, and that's mildly annoying. Still, a great bag that makes my day-to-day with my son so much easier. So glad I have it.

I've had this bag for 8 months and it's been an amazing experience! It fits all my work stuff and more! Absolutely love it. My boyfriend gifted this bag to me in the color Taupe. It’s a great bag. You can fit so many things and still feels lighter that it should be, but the color isn’t quite the same as the picture. I expected it to be a light beige-ish color but it’s more of a light brownish color. Which was disappointing to be cause I really liked how it looked on the pictures.

- the taupe bag is quite plain so you can customise with badges etc., but the inside is floral and cute
- great bag for work
Not So Great:
- after about 9 months of use, the bag handles snapped off :(
- just a little tight for an 11" laptop in the laptop slot
