Ooey Gooey Jogger - Ballet Slipper

Colors are great fabric soft but between my thighs creates a lot of piling/lint balls and the seams around the waste are really rough and scratch me so much leaving red marks behind that hurt.

I tried the ooey gooey mockneck sweaters at the Cloud Playground, and loved the material, so I was STOKED for these joggers to come out! My only complaints are that my inseam length isn't out yet, so these are SO long on my corgi legs. And unfortunately I also have the scratchy waistband on the inside. I have a couple pairs of high waisted underwear that might help, but it's pretty scratchy, so that's the only reason I can't give it 5 stars. BUT the material is truly so soft, and I love how deep the pockets are (thanks Cassey for always knowing how much we need the pockets)!! Hope the waistband issue gets fixed so I can grab these in every color!

These sweats are SOOOOOO soft, they’re thick and incredibly well made. Having said that, the waist band and I have serious beef. It’s not elastic and doesn’t hold me in, so I have a bit of a square shape, which is absolutely not how I’m built. The waist band is just too loose and doesn’t give me the shape I would expect based on a high waist and what is shown on the model. Not only that, but the pants give me a camel toe in the front. I’m not even sure how, but they’re VERY unflattering there. Lololol. I’m so sad about these pants because they look so good on the model, but they’re just not flattering at all on me.

I am 5’11 and around 170lbs. I got a size large to make sure they were long enough. Let me tell you, I LOVE these pants! I want them in black now! They’re cozy and the waist band isn’t restrictive. Pockets are nice and deep. Would 100% recommend.

I love these pants, except that the seams are incredibly itchy!! I’m hoping this can be helped with tucking an undershirt into it ….. but you can also feel the seams all the way down the leg. The seams down the leg aren’t exactly itchy but they are noticeable - maybe especially if you have sensory issues. Other than that they are super comfy and great quality material overall. I still wouldn’t pay full price for that itchiness (I used the cozy edit sale to get these) as they are quite spendy. I’m a size XL in leggings but these I needed a large (found that out with the cloud sweat pants) which fit great. So if you’re typically in the L/XL category, size down for sweats pants here.

I’m giving these 4 stars. They get 5 for style and comfy material, but 3 because something inside the waistband is super scratchy. I’ve seen several other people comment on this as well. It feels rough, almost like glue or faulty seam. Definitely something that can easily be fixed on future iterations of these pants. I kinda wonder if it’s a production problem that only a few pairs got this round?
Anyway, back to the pants. They are cut super cute, as all things Popflex are. I love the Ooey Gooey material! I already owned the sweatshirt from when it first came out. The length was good for my height and I liked where they were fitted, yet loose. Again, if they just fix that scratchy stitching in the waistband they’ll be perfect! :)
For reference, I’m 5’8 and 140 pounds with an athletic build. I ordered a size small. I think I could have gone medium too, but they would have been baggier than I would have liked.
