Please allow up to 5-8 business days for delivery of your order for US orders if you choose Standard shipping. You have the option to upgrade to Express shipping.
Please allow 2-5 weeks for international orders depending on each country's customs inspection and postal delivery practices.
Please make sure you enter in your correct shipping address. If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay the shipping cost again to resend your package. Please be careful when you enter your shipping address!
It is your responsibility as a buyer to track the package. If you haven't received your package within 30 days if within United States or 45 days if outside United States, please do let us know so that we can help you. If you fail to report it to us, we won't be able help file a claim with the carrier to find your package.
If you have not received your package, please take time and do the following:
1. Verify your address. Make sure the address you put in "shipping address" is actually the place where you want your package shipped. It sounds silly, but some customers really do type in the wrong address!
2. Check your tracking number. It was emailed to you when the package was shipped.
3. Talk to your mail man as well as the post office.
4. Check with your family members or housemates to see if anyone may have grabbed it for you.
5. Check with your neighbor to see if the package was delivered to the wrong address by accident.
6. If all else has failed, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and full name.
PLEASE NOTE: POPFLEX Active is not responsible for refunding your money if you deny acceptance of your package at Customs, if you deny the package from your local post office, or if you gave us the wrong shipping address. You are fully responsible for the shipping address provided to us at the time the order was placed.
How We Ship
US: You may add an item to your cart to check on the shipping price before checking out. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will be emailed a tracking # to check your package status once it is shipped. Please note the $100 Free Shipping in the US offer applies only when the total is over $100 BEFORE taxes.
International: International orders are sent first class international package with USPS's bound delivery tracking. Once it leaves the US, upon arrival at your country, it will go through Customs Clearance and tax duty assignments. As a buyer and a citizen, you are responsible for any requirements from your government regarding the merchandise that you ordered. After that, your post office will sort and deliver the package to your purchase order's shipping address.
Due to international Customs regulations, the declared values of your merchandise must match the purchased prices or your package will not be released to you until duty tax is paid.
If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable, don’t worry, we have a flexible return policy and are very happy to help you choose something else. We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition, unused, with tags within 30 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Faulty or defective items without use may be returned within 30 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase.
You can start the return process HERE. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you send it insured. Always retain proof of postage.
Please note that we are unable to refund postage paid unless the item is faulty. Goods are returned to POPFLEX Active with a $5.95 shipping and handling fee for U.S Residents. International orders are returned at your own expense based on your countries shipping rates.
All items in the clearance category are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on discounted items.
If you received free shipping on your original order, the items you return will affect the shipping rate. If your return is processed and your order goes under $100.00 (US) , the order will no longer be eligible for free shipping. In this case, the regular shipping rates will be applied to the remaining order amount, meaning that the shipping will be deducted from the refund. However, you can retain the full refund if you opt for store credit.
We offer free U.S. exchanges within 30 days of purchase to help you get your perfect fit. (excluding Final Sale items) Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. Just select the exchange option and pick your new item from the available options in the drop-down menu. We offer exchanges for size, color, and style within that item's product category. At this time we are not able to offer exchanges for international orders as those must be returned.

We reserve the rights to verify the authenticity of the credit card respectfully and privately, especially in the case of international orders.
We will destroy the credit card information after use and will not use the information for any other purposes except verification of the credit card's identity and shipping address so that we can protect both parties from fraudulent activities.
