Twirl Skort - Black

Super cute, but thick thigh girls are gonna need a biker length. I bought the buttercream skort and the shorts are single lined and not squat proof.
1) Fit issues need to be addressed with a longer inseam.
2) Double line light color fabrics or buyer beware

This is my first time ordering from PopFlex and I am absolutely in love with my skirt. Wanted something more girly for the gym and I cannot get enough of it and want to order it in every colour! Such a great fit, stays in place, super comfy, and beautiful fabric. 11/10!

The fit: The skirt portion starts too low on my body for my personal taste - in the pic I raised it up a bit, but the lower seam of the waistband sits below the stomach/around the hips instead of the bellybutton. As a result, the skirt flares out from the hips rather than the waist. The waistband is pretty long/high as well, especially if you have a shorter torso like me. For some the skort's fit might elongate the torso, but I felt it didn't flatter me personally. Fits true to size though and doesn't pinch which is nice and as advertised. Excuse my dirty front camera lol.

But my biggest disappointment was some quality issues. The skort is really comfortable to wear but the inner shorts' construction was lacking. It came with an improperly cut/torn (?) seam fabric inside near the panty area. A few other spots had similar extra fabric near the seams that wasn't cut evenly but not as obvious as this. There was also some pilling at the inside seams, and a loose thread on the outside left pocket. I can expect some pilling and loose threads after some wear and tear, but fresh out of the package? :( Especially for the price.

I was recommended this by a friend, the twirl skort was my last pick out of the other items I liked (hiking skort, bungee skort, pirouette skort, supershorts) because several reviewers had similar problems with those too and this seemed the best option. Unfortunately, I'm sending this back and would hold off on purchasing until these issues are resolved on a larger scale.

This was my first popflex purchase and I’m in love! The fabric is incredibly soft with the perfect amount of stretch. The crimson color is beautiful, and the cut is very comfortable and flattering. The pockets are great, big enough that I can fit my phone, ear buds, and keys easily, without them even showing under the skirt! I appreciate the longer inseam on the 1X, which makes me comfortable enough to wear it for not only working out, but walking my dog, running errands, or just relaxing at home. Very happy with this purchase, and I would love to get additional in more jewel tones!

I am a roller skater that loves twirly skirts. This is THE BEST item I have in my closet for the type of skating I do. I have thick upper thighs that usually eat up little shorts but these ones stay put! The waistband is smooth and comfortable and I get tons of compliments every time I wear it. I now have the crimson and black but I want them all!

Dang these are amazing! I have it in 2 colors and would definitely buy all the colors if I were rich lol. This is my favorite piece from popflex. I love how high the waist is and the fabric is so soft and comfortable. The shorts definitely peek out underneath, especially at the back, but I have a big booty. I also think they have lengthened the back skirt since the first release of these. I don’t mind it at all though, and I wear these for everything, but especially for ice and roller skating! So so cute!
