- Can read and write English.

- Experience with order picking, packing and shipping a plus.

- Ability to quickly read, locate and fulfill sales orders accurately.

- Must be thorough and detail oriented in properly packing merchandise with the right items using carton boxes and poly mailers.

Warehouse Manager - Fremont, CA


- 3-5 years experience in a DC/warehouse environment, including supervisory experience.

- Experience with order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory counts, pick/pack.


- Develops and establishes necessary staffing systems, processes and procedures to ensure consistent, accurate and timely customer order fulfillment.

- Investigates shipping and receiving errors and implements corrective action plans.

- Builds and maintains supplier partnerships; works with suppliers to assure items are delivered to time and quality specifications.

- Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records, recommends corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.

- Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight and related factors of items store.

- Analyze records and recommends corrective actions for reported non‑usable, aged and excess stock.

- Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of inventory levels.

- At least 2-3 years in women's activewear or swimwear patternmaking.

- Thorough knowledge of silhouettes, fabrication, sewing techniques, trim, and technical knowledge of fabric construction.

- Microsoft proficient, preferred knowledge of CAD, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.


- Execute first pattern and production pattern based on tech packs, sketches or existing blocks.

- Give complete spec measurements for production. 

- Attends fit sessions to review overall fit, balance, and details of the garment from prototype through production.

- Make fit adjustments based on customers' comments.

- Maintains consistency in fit and quality standards.

- Measures garment before and after wash.
