E-Comm Fashion Shoot Producer and Event Coordinator
Hi! We are POPFLEX - a fast growing women's activewear and apparel company looking for an E-Commerce Shoot Producer and Event Coordinator to plan and produce photoshoots, video shoots, and community events for our brand. E-Comm Shoot Producer / Video Content Producer Responsibilities
- Plan and produce e-commerce fashion apparel photoshoots as well as social media video shoots - most photoshoots are in LA but video content shoots may require travel as needed
- Hire models, photographer, makeup artists, stylists, crew etc.
- Order photo samples from warehouse/factory in sizes needed for models
- Develop comprehensive shot lists and call sheets for the shoot
- Ensure the team gets through the entire shoot in a timely manner - keep us all moving at a fast pace
- Plan and arrange catering and meals for the crew and talent on set
- Confirm that all crew members and models are secured and ready for the shoot day
- Act as the primary point of contact between the creative team, crew, and models ensuring clear communication
- Submit edit notes of any on-site callouts to post-production editors to address during the editing phase.
- Collect invoices for processing
- Organize and upload all raw images to Lightroom for post-production editors
- Assign deadlines to editors and manage their timelines
- Distribute photos to models after photos go live on website
- Plan and execute community events (for customers, influencers etc)
Event Coordinator Responsibilities
- Plan and execute community events (for customers, influencers etc)
- Work with internal Marketing Team to create program and itinerary for smooth flow
- Negotiate location rates, vendor rates etc and work within budget to execute the vision
- Assign roles to internal team members and outside contractors (if needed) to ensure a smooth flow
- Ensure all attendees have a great time!
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience organizing and running e-commerce fashion photoshoots for e-commerce brands
- 2-3 years experience organizing and running specialized events for customers, influencers etc.
- Talent for turning chaos into a streamlined execution
- Ability to command the room and rally the team, get everyone motivated and excited
- A PROBLEM SOLVER who can think of their feet

Production Manager, Product Testing and Quality Assurance

We are POPFLEX - a fast growing women's activewear and apparel company looking for a Production Manager with product testing, compliance and quality assurance experience, specifically in women's apparel. You will be focused on overseeing and managing the product lifecycle with a focus on product testing, ensuring quality, reliability, and adherence to standards. Qualifications:
- A solid understanding of women's apparel and fit (we are obsessed with fit and will take more than the standard 3 rounds to approve a prototype so need your help in relaying this to factories)
- Experience with compliance in apparel and product testing to ensure our products PASS the ever-changing required standards
- Experience working for a brand that sold into mass retail stores successfully
- Experience working with TARGET approved suppliers and factories
- 3-5 years experience in a production role
- 3-5 years experience managing product testing
- Creative problem solver, OBSESSED with efficiency and organization
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep to strict deadlines
- High ability to lead and direct and a proactive/can-do attitude

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire communication and production process from initial inception, and development, to the final product shipped and delivered to the final destination (either our warehouse or the retailer)
- Work directly with the Design Team to set strict deadlines and calendars for sampling and production
- Use your knowledge of product development and processes to bring our products to market with speed and accuracy
- Work with Design and Technical Design to ensure tech packs are comprehensive and meet the product's goals for delivery, function, cost, fit, and commercial viability
- Communicate with sourcing offices and vendors daily (written and verbal) on pertinent design, development, delivery, and/or cost-related issues
- Establish and monitor time and action calendars to hit target delivery dates and negotiate costs to meet target margin goals; suggesting alternatives when relevant
- Partner with the Design Team to facilitate and expedite collection line sheet production
- Manage and communicate all care label approvals in a timely manner
- Work with the Design Team and Manufacturers to ensure each style is executed with accuracy
- Communicate daily with overseas offices and vendors to resolve issues and follow up on the production process (if you are able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese, a plus)
- Follow up with vendors for Weekly Production Status Reports
- Project manage trims
- Project manage all product testing to ensure PASS
- Keep team up to date on new product testing guidelines and ensure the business is adhering to any and all regulations
Location: This is a remote role. However, preferably you are on the west coast so it is easier for meetings with our factories overseas.

Technical Designer
Hi! We are POPFLEX - a fast growing women's activewear and apparel company looking for a talented Technical Designer to join our team. Atlanta, GA based only as you will need to attend live fittings a few times a week in the office! Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Design team and be able to translate design concepts into specifications for first prototypes.
- Measure samples and cross-examine against tech pack and previous samples to ensure previous comments have been corrected
- Attend and lead live fittings in Atlanta 2 times per week.
- Documents clear and precise notes during weekly fittings.
- Check construction and quality of product to ensure sample has proper construction and fabrication.
- Provide technical direction on corrective actions needed to bring samples to brand fit standards.
- Manage the transition of product from initial design/proto to production ready fit approval and to achieve appropriate fit, functional intent, and construction.
Location: This is a hybrid role and you must be located in Atlanta, GA as there are a few fittings a week that you will need to attend in the office.
