Your initial shipping charges will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items you're returning will be refunded. For International returns, you are responsible for any shipping charges spent to mail your return back.

I love how it feels. Unfortunely, the sleeves are too long for my height. 5'4 size XL. Sleeves looks frumpy. Is it too much to ask for a sleeve length option as well??

I live outside of the US, so although I’ve been stalking Popflex for ages, I was afraid of buying something and it not being the right size with no way to return it. But I finally made the jump and I couldn’t be happier! This half zip fits *almost* perfectly! I am 5 ft 2 in with curves, but I am short and have short arms and a short torso. So I ordered the Large and it sits exactly where I wanted on my body! The *only* thing I would change would be slightly shorter sleeve length, but listen, you can’t have it all! 😇 The cuffs on the sleeve are tight enough that I don’t feel like a kid wearing their parents clothing, and I usually end up pushing up my sleeves on hoodies anyway. Honestly, this was totally worth the wait because I can’t imagine a more perfectly designed sweatshirt for my body!

I workout in my garage at 5am PST and it’s cold!!! This jacket it so cute and actually warm!!! I love it. Definitely need the other colors. I’m 5’2” 115-120lbs. U got the XS and I love it

I like the cut of this hoodie a lot. It's a perfect crop with the option to make it regular crop or super cropped. The only reason I took off one star is because of the material. It's way lighter than the cloud hoodie (which isn't necessarily a bad thing), but the material attracts lint quite a bit. I washed it once since I got it, and it almost immediately lost that dark black color because it got so much lint stuck to it. I tried to roll it off, but this was the best I could do. All in all, not the worst thing and not worth complaining about too much, but just wanted to mention it cuz this isn't something I experienced with the cloud hoodies

Honestly I would recommend sizing down! I have a 36” and followed the sizing chart and order it in two colors (heather grey and latte) in size M. My biggest complaint was the sleeves were comically long and the cuffs were too wide to even allow the sleeves to scrunch up and lay on my wrists. Luckily I was able to do an exchange and reordered the heather grey in a size S and latte in XS. I’m so glad I did cause they both still give the oversized baggy look, but the main difference in sizes was the waistband and the cuff widths.
Overall loved this hoodie over the cloud hoodie which just looks unflattering on me. Now that I have the correct sizes, I highly recommend.
(Didn’t take any pics when I had the size medium) but in the pictures I overlaid the XS on top of the S for comparison!

I live in NYC and I purchased this in black and I must say I do wear it daily. The weather is transitioning from fall to winter. When I arrive home from work, I changed into my pilates outfit and always wear this hoodie out the door for it is so warm. Love the hood and front pocket too. I zip up my phone n keys n do not have to carry a bag. I highly recommend this hoodie. The quality is excellent and worth every penny.
