This mat has good cushion and it's very light and pretty. However, it has really bad grip if you're not sweaty. This mat would be great for hot yoga, or someone who sweats alot, but if your hands aren't sweaty you're just going to slide in poses like down dog. Unfortunately, I don't sweat enough during yoga and will have to find a different mat.

I got this for myself for christmas because I wanted it for so long and I wanted to recommit to working on mobility and stretching in the new year. As someone who has worked at multiple activewear companies and takes my yoga practice very seriously, I was so disappointed by this product compared to everything else I have. The blocks are VERY lightweight. I have 3 other sets of blocks that are all denser foam and are more supportive. The mat is only grippy after you have warmed up a bit, the first few minutes of my practice feel like I am literally on ice as both my hands and feet are sliding. The mat also slides all over my floor as it is very lightweight. Thick, but has absolutely no weight to it. All of my other yoga mats (lululemon and alo) don’t do this at all. The only reason I am giving this review 3 stars is because the resistance bands are fantastic. Everything else, completely disappointed and I wish I had saved my money.

I LOVE this set! I needed 2 blocks and the bands, so I am happy I could get the set. I love the quality of the bands, I have had issues with ones made from other materials.
The only negative is that black cat REALLY likes laying on the white flowers 🤣

The yoga mat is so soft & comfy and like Casey said you won’t slid off your mat no matter how much you sweat it’s really THE perfect yoga mat. I love it. The bands n blocks is the perfect paring to the yoga mat it really helps with your workouts especially if you prefer working out at home, then buying the set is honestly the perfect investment. It looks beautiful too so that alone is another reason to buy the set.
