Supersculpt™ Seamless Leggings - Garnet

I purchased XS flex and I'm glad I did. It gave me the compression I expected and it was comfortable to work out in. Overall, I'm loving these leggings!

I was a little worried about sizing down on this. For reference my hips are 38” so getting extra small seemed risky. Turns out I’m very happy with the fit. They even make me look like I have a thigh gap. The leggings are super comfortable and the thick material feels high quality.

I purchased my usual Popflex small/smallflex instead of sizing down and like the fit. These leggings made it through a plyometric workout without sagging. Unfortunately, the garnet isn't true to the color shown in Popflex's pictures. It is much more muted and cooler. These leggings also arrived with significant fraying around the butt on the inside, with the left side being noticeably worse with 1/4" long threads running along where a seam would typically be.

Update: the customer service team reached out to say the fraying at the butt is due to more thread/denser fabric at the butt. It might be good to state and show this in item product photos for future products with similar "design features."

I got the extra small, prob should have gotten the small, but went again with the suggestion to make it more firm.
It came with a defect where the seam inside is different in each side and one is coming undone. The side with extra thread can be felt because I went with the tighter option.
Sent photos to the support team and received the answer "As mentioned, the stitching in the Supersculpt™ Seamless Leggings is intentional. This is not a defect." They added a photo of one pair that looked like mine - which only proves that indeed there are other badly produced pants, not that this is by design.
I responded: "I completely get that the design is supposed to have the support and I love it for it - but again, both sides are not equal. One is clearly coming apart and the other seems to be badly finished. Whichever is supposed to be the right one - the other doesn't match. "
I doubt Cassie would design a seam that feels and looks different in each side.
I've been again offered store credit for this (after many many emails) but I'd once again have to pay australian shipping for this.
It is a nice design, but maybe quick growth has made quality lacking. Sad for Cassie.

It was so compressive it was restrictive and left marks when I took it off after trying it on. It's shown next to a medium that had a loose fit on me. My waist is 27, hips 35. Also, the other leggings are buttery soft and these just feel average. There's a slight sheen to the material that I didn't love either, but the deal breaker was that I just couldn't move as comfortably.

These leggings are amazing. Fitting and comfy. I love how they sculpt my silhouette and I can definitively see myself lounging, working out, and even dressing up in these.

Only down side is no pockets of course, and the garnet color is more burgundy in person, but it workouts for me because it is indeed my favorite shade of red!
