I remember coming watching a video from blogilates on YouTube and I thought “what a cool name”. Any of the fitness creators I come across just give a vibe of non realistic standards but Cassey was discussing real problems AND finding solutions to them and she has made such a successful business out of it. A lot of people have great ideas but they don’t take off, but she has been a true inspiration for me because she has made me see what hard work and perseverance truly means and it does pay off.
