Serving Looks Dress - Black

I was NOT prepared for how much I would love this dress, omg!! Honestly, I thought it was cute and I wanted to try it out but I wasn't sure I'd love it. Turns out I'm completely obsessed. It is just SO flattering and comfortable. The hooks are genius and work great, there is no visible gap even if the fabric pulls at the chest. Obviously, the large pockets are super practical. The fabric is soft and the skirt is very lightweight. I love that it comes with a built in bra (even though its band is slightly visible, I don't really mind it), although I do wish the pads were sewn in (more on that later). It looks just like the pictures and fits very true to size - honestly fits me like a glove. I really want more colors now. I really like that this dress, being a halter dress, has the option to use (or not) and elastic strap in the back for more support... BUT.

Sadly, I really wanted to give this dress 5/5 stars, but this dress does have a couple issues that could be improved and do actually really annoy me. I NEVER complain about going in the bathroom in Popflex dresses - sure, it's annoying to have to get fully undressed, but at least it's usually fairly easy to do. But with this dress? Going to the bathroom is a NIGHTMARE and honestly wasn't thought through enough with this design. If you are not wearing the back elastic strap, it's not that bad - you can remove the dress through the head hole. However, although I do prefer the look of the dress without the strap, I do only wear the dress with the strap because it's WAY more comfortable. I tried working out wearing the dress without the strap and it was instantly pulling on my neck and way less comfortable. It wasn't horrible but I'd much rather use the strap. So although the option to add the strap is great, it's impossible to go to the toilet if you are using it, you have to fully undo the buttons and hooks, which is really not that easy to do. And if you have health issues and need to go often, it's an actual nightmare. I really, really think this dress needed a side zipper or another solution for this cause I actually feel like this wasn't thought through.

This is my main issue with the dress, but there is also another issue that isn't a big deal, but is quite annoying - the boob pads. Now, I don't like removable pads, but almost all Popflex items have them and I just deal with them. However, here, the area in which the pad sits in is huge and goes all the way up the dress, and the pads are rectangular, not circular. There is no seam to stop the pads from going up. Which means, EVERY TIME I remove the dress (for instance, to use the toilet), the pads move up the dress. Every time. Heck, the pads move up even if I just wear the dress for a while, I don't even have to remove it. Yesterday, at the end of the day, even though I adjust the pads every time I remove the dress, I noticed the pads were so high you could see my nipples peaking through the dress. After just wearing it around. Yeah... that's not great... So yeah, this doesn't seem like it's that big of a deal, but it's actually very annoying.

I also don't know if this has to do with the problematic pads situation or not, but if you don't like clothing that flattens your boobs and gives you uniboob, then this dress isn't for you. Personally, I don't really mind, but yeah, it's giving me major uniboob and flat boobs.

I also wanna mention I'm a bit worried if the pleads of the skirt will hold up or not cause they are already not that well defined, and the material feels lighter than the Ace ‘em Pleated Skort. I expected it to be the same but it doesn't feel as good quality. It still feels okay, but I'm surprised it's not the exact same.

Overall, yes, I have a couple issues with this dress. I do not think it is perfect. However, I'm still obsessed with it because of the way it looks, how comfortable it is, and the fit which is to die for. I would definitely recommend it, but not to anymore, cause I feel like the issues I have would be dealbreakers for some people, especially because this dress is crazy expensive and although it's amazing, I'm not sure the price is justified considering the issues. But yeah, I want more colors and I love this dress, lol.

I am 5’1” 143 lbs and I got L. The reviews were saying to size up if you have bigger hips-100% do that. Ya girl is pear shaped and the top part is tighter !! CAN YOU SEE HER? Suuuuuper cute on !! The fabric is layered on top of each other and soooo swishy~

This is what happens when women design clothes for women! This dress is beautiful, comfortable, and innovative. The hooks behind the buttons to prevent gapping are genius! It's so flattering and easy to wear. I want it in every color!!

Nearly perfect dress

It's not possible to put the dress on while the back strap is attached, so the only way to wear it if you want the back strap is to detach it first then put it on and attach it again. Now, the problem with that is that the back strap is attached with the same hooks that a bra strap uses, and those are so difficult to put on without looking - which means it's extra challenging to put it on by yourself.

I would also imagine that the buttons would be really difficult for some to handle as the button openings are very snug. A zip would probably be way more available and accessible to people.

The waist part of the dress also starts a little lower than I would have liked, and doesn't flatter my body type as much. It would be so amazing if the waist of the the dress started 1 or 1.5 inches higher.

I also would have preferred if the padding was sewn in - removable padding is such a headache.

That said, the material is really high quality - stretchy and snatching at the same time and very comfortable.

Tldr; extremely difficult to put on by yourself if you want the back strap for extra support, and also has a lower waist than what I would have liked. Pads aren't sewn in which is a bummer. Other than that, it's a very high quality dress that snatches pretty well.

I think this dress is perfect for pickleball/ tennis and I love the inner hooks keeping the buttons looking neat without it being fake. I got the white and unfortunately you can see the middle lining from underneath it but its not terrible. If you have the superdress it has that inner layer and outer layer which is kinda nice. Personally I feel like the dress gave me a blocky look and I wish it emphasized my waist a little more like other popflex items do for me. I have big hips so getting into the dress kind of scared me, as previous comments have mentioned and they were spot on. I think the skirt is pretty good, longer in the front and back and shorter in the sides.

I ordered this dress in a size small. It’s still a little loose but I didn’t want it too tight. Overall, I’m happy with the dress, however the color came with black smudges on the collar. I saw this before even trying it on. This is frustrating, considering the price you’re paying for it.

This dress is so cute. Annoying to go to the bathroom in but worth it to look this good. Love the green detail on the collar. I get a lot of compliments and the built in shorts makes me not self conscious about wearing something this short.

Sizing struggles.
I WISH this fit my body right. The torso is WAY too long and looks bunchy on me. I have long legs and a short torso, and this is definitely not for my body. I'll stick with skirts and tops separately going forward.

I lover wearing this! It’s quick, easy and comfortable! It brings a “put together” look and feel to my morning cardio! It’s very flattering and forgiving while hugging and highlighting your waist. Love it!

The cut of the skirt is DEVINE! 😍 I love that this dress is versatile, and you can remove the back strap if you want that classic halter neck look. This dress really does what its name says, it is serving hella looks! I can’t really comment on the very clever and thoughtful nod to the button construction across the bust, and how that’s been constructed - I am part of the itty bitty tittie committee being a UK 32A/B, but I think it’s an amazing thing for bigger busted women that there will be no unsightly pulling or gaping. I have lost a LOT of weight (over 4 stone and I’m 5ft 1) and I used to have UK 34G boobs, and I wish something like this existed back when I needed to feel good about myself. I would never have been able to wear a dress like this without my breasts looking like they were keeping the buttons fighting for their life to stay closed! The silhouette that this dress creates is beautiful too - it accentuates all the right places, and hugs curves (even if you don’t have many like me). Very flattering and very much going to be worn to death this summer!

I got it hoping it would be a cute golf outfit. It wasn’t the best. didn’t fit great on me and didnt do anything special (no extra boob support or lift, no tummy control or butt lift) if you have a short torso it might be better but this was not for me

Super cute and looks great at the gym and running errands. Tough to get in and out of for the ladies room but not enough to mark down the stars.
5 foot 2 inches, 130 lbs. Sized up from my normal medium to a large for comfort. Glad I did.

The orchid color is beautiful. Classic tennis with a touch of femininity. Wish there was more support for the girls. I am a DD cup size.

As with everything POPFLEX, I love this dress. It fits well and has all the right support for us larger chested girlies.

The design is super cute! I had a bit of an issue with the collar where it kept doing a double fold in the back. The back stretchy strap help and the hooks in the front with support a bit, but, as someone that battles with gravity on DDD, it wasn’t the most comfortable. It made a great work from home dress, not as practical to go out or work out. I am satisfied with the purchase because it’s just so pretty, but, sadly, I wouldn’t purchase this style again as it just doesn’t work for me.

I really love the style of this dress but it just wasn’t practical for golfing. The clasp is very difficult to maneuver by yourself and then having to pull the neck of dress over your head while potentially wearing a hat or trying not to mess up your hair was impossible and really inconvenient. This dress would have benefited from having either removable shorts or half shorts where you could just pull them down for the restroom. The support at the bust was also lacking for me unfortunately. I would really need to wear a sports bra and this style isn’t designed for that.
