DELIVERY TIME: Please allow 5-8 days for delivery of your order if in the U.S. Please allow 2-4 weeks for international orders to arrive, depending on each country's customs inspection and postal delivery practices.
HOLIDAY RETURNS: For purchases from November 1 to December 3, we will extend the return window to 60 days. All orders between December 4-10 will have a 45-day return window, and any order placed after December 10 will have our original return/exchange policy deadline of 30 days.
RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. If you do not select Checkout+, you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders that do not have Checkout+ can purchase return labels inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. International orders with Checkout + are not eligible for exchange-only returns.
Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return. All refunds are refunded to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES: Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase. If you opt out of Checkout+ we offer two complimentary U.S. even exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Should you need more than two even exchanges you can purchase a label inside the portal. To be eligible for exchange all items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store. An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or color of the same item, you will be credited for the amount paid and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit. If there is a price difference, you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.

As the title says, I've really loved wearing this hat! It is super comfy to wear and I love how you have the option to either do a high pony or a low one. Since my hair has been longer lately it's nice to have the option to have the higher ponytail in this hat. I attached a picture from the side so you can see it in the high pony option. You can also adjust the back by re-tying the bow as tight as you want. Would definitely recommend!

It's finally spring in my town, so I can wear my new cap. This cap is an answer to my prayers.
I like high ponytails so wearing a cap was a real pain. This one is sooo comfortable. Also, the colour is so nice and the fabric is very pleasant to touch. The cap was packaged very well so that it would not lose its shape.
The only flaw I can see is that it's a bit flat. (I'm not a native English speaker, is that the right word?) I'm afraid if the wind is strong, the cap may fly off my head. I wish there would be deeper models in the future.

I bought this hat and it just goes right back up when I put it on, whether its a ponytail or down, this hat does not fit, which is a shame because it's so cute, just not made for my hair. 😢
I love this cap so much. The material is great, not thick at all, and it’s really easy to adjust with the SUPER cute bow at the back, so you can make it fit perfectly to your head. I love that there’s 2 holes, so you can tailor the cap to exactly which kind of pony that you’re wearing. I will say it’s a little less rigid than I was expecting and sometimes takes some messing with to get it to sit right with it not having much rigidity to it. I love that the high pony slit is angled in such a way you can really position your pony pretty much wherever you want to on your head and it would still easily slot through the gap. It really is a staple for anyone that wears a high pony! 👌🏻

My puppy got to my hat when I wasn't being careful and destroyed it. I've been wearing this hat consistently for the last several months, so rebuying it wasn't a hard decision at all. This is my favorite hat for it's functionality, versatility, and design! I'm glad it's fully stocked so I could get my hands on a replacement asap.
The hat is not as structured as expected given the style and the bow pleat is wrinkled rather than clean looking. I love the blue color though!

I love the idea of this and the fact that there’s two sizes, but I have a larger head and round face and I felt like the proportions of the brim of the hat looked kind of off/small on my face. It might be that I’m just not used to wearing hats too, though - I’m not sure, but I decided sadly it’s just not for me, but definitely cute and high quality.
I already have the black one which I love. Ordered the taupe and it’s more like a light beige which was disappointing and does not look as good as I hoped. Love the style though.
