Pillow Packable Puffer Jacket - White

Oh dear God, Could Cassie be more of a rock star.
I am taking the red eye next week to Scotland—packable pillow needed. Got this today and let’s just say I am blown away. Jacket: gorgeous. Warm for layering for hikes in the Highlands. And the plane pillow. Um. The one I bought off Amazon, officially going to Goodwill. This is small y’all. Cassie just keeps outdoing herself.💙

I have been following popflex products online for a very long time now and i finally had the budget to splurge and buy myself this specific jacket that i was dreaming of because of a trip i will be going on soon. I can not describe the joy i felt when receiving this package that also arrived quite quickly as i live in Europe. So kuddos on that part!

But the excitement immediately dropped after opening the package and finding out that the jacket was already damaged.

It already had some torn fabric and it was impossible to open the zipper it looked like it was squished between something heavy so i could not even open the bag to use the jacket at first, after some very careful attempts i managed to remove the broken zipper (that completely broke off in pieces during this process).

So now I had to pay a tailor to fix me a zipper and it was also not possible for them to put in a double zipper like the original one so now I’m happy I can use the jacket and the big front pocket can be closed but if I want to use it as a pillow I have to wiggle the one sided zipper upside down to be able to close it up.

Soooo yeah I’m really sad to say the thickness and the materials (scratches really easily) of the jacket are really not worth the steep price in my opinion although I absolutely love the way the design of the jacket is made with a lot of thought put in the different uses for it and how soft and comfortable it feels when you wear it.

Really love this jacket but noticed a hole after only 2 wears and I haven’t even washed it yet. Really bummed on quality because the color is gorgeous.

Cozy, love the hood, the sleeves, and how the back is longer. And that front pocket—big enough to fit two puppies who are too young for a full walk. You can put your hands in the pockets to support them better.

It’s a lovely puffer. I’m able to layer a hoodie or sweater under it. My regular size is M and I got a XXS/XS in the puffer. I would have been swimming in S/M. I would say it’s not for super cold weather like under 0 Fahrenheit. But with layers underneath, it’s suitable for decently cold weather (without too much wind). I’ve worn the puffer for walking dogs and outdoor skating, and it works great. Keeps my butt warm. Have gotten compliments.

The inside seams of the right arm were sewn twisted/upside down, so i am unable to put my hand through without having either the inside or outside layer twisted 180. Unfortunately, I live way out in the florida swamps with no car so doubt I'll make the return window. Tried to show the good arm compared to the defective one in the video. (this review is for the dusty mauve color! sorry, idk how to edit that)

I love this Jacket! It's so lightweight but warm at the same time! And it looks sooooo pretty. The Designteam did a great Job - again. I love that it's longer at the back and the fit of the hood.

I picked the perfect size with XXS/XS. It's oversized, so you can definitely size down. I'm 5'7", waist 29", hip 38" and it fits perfect!

I really love almost every thing about this pullover. The fabric isn't too shiny, it isn't too thick or too thin so my temperature is appropriately set to goldilocks mode while I'm walking around in it, I love the giant pockets and the thumbholes and mittens! I find them so useful and comfortable! The hood opening itself is perfect, I know because I tested it as soon as I opened it by taking our rottweiler for a walk, after dark, in Melbourne Australia winter, and without having to close it up at all, the 11 mph wind didn't knock the hood off of my head because the hood opening held onto me very well without being too tight to pull up or down. I'm eager to try it on an even windier day, but so far, the light drizzle of rain and cold wind don't bother me at all in this! The pull up metal on the drawstrings were great in functionality, they held tight and didn't slip! I wish the drawstrings were shorter, though, and the actual bottom hem of the pullover were longer, because I didn't like how the wind was able to have a pushing up effect ala Marilyn Monroe whenever a windgust changed direction and blew right up my hoodie and puffed me out, even with a backpack on. Wearing a backpack also makes the fabric bunch and gather up and ride up my back, and because the front and back aren't even lengths, it looks so weird when I try to fix it, or the batwing shoulders pull my backpack straps off when I try to pull the sides back down over my hips. I really like the boxy vibe, but I dislike how it isn't long enough to cover my hips. My hips and butt weren't liking the draft, and this shape will offer no real protection if the rain starts being blown hard at an angle, and won't look flattering at all unless I'm wearing a really short shirt and leggings. I didn't realize it was supposed to be a cropped hoodie? Or becomes one when I raise my arms, which is uncomfortable for me. I usually only wear long/big shirts, so this is the only serious drawback for me on this purchase, otherwise I really like the overall feel and functionality. My package seems to have gotten smashed while being delivered, and for the first time ever in ~5 years of ordering from Popflex, I received a damaged item. I included pictures, these were taken immediately after opening my vegetable bag and opening my cute little pillow with the remains of my broken zipper. It's only the zipper to the giant front pocket that's broken off, which still works if I'm careful about using my fingers to open and close it, but this means I can't ever fully close the pocket, because without enough space to fit my finger in there to move the zip, i won't be able to get enough grip to pull it open again. Still can use the pocket and turn it into a cute comfy travel pillow, so I'm glad for that, but it's really annoying to have to try and use my fingers while zipping/unzipping, and both zippers are showing a tendency to snag easily on the fabric. It keeps trying to eat the fabric every time I zip my neck area up or close the front pocket, and it keeps getting a little stuck when I unzip them, too. There's also damage to my drawstring hardware and the remaining zipper at my neck, so I'm a little disappointed about that, but I blame the shipping/handling people for being careless, not Popflex. I seriously doubt it looked like that before packing, even if Popflex is in the middle of moving to a new warehouse. I hope my neck zipper doesn't break off where the damaged grey bit is showing, because then I really will actually have a hard time trying to wear this. I was so excited for this to come, this is my first hoodie or jacket purchase, and the concept of this pullover is just too perfect. If the length and hardware pieces were improved upon, and maybe with an added drawstring or something in the bottom hem to cinch it closed to avoid the Marilyn Monroe white dress situation, it'd be a solid five star review. I'm thinking, using the drawstrings that look like those on the bottom/sides of the new swim dress could look really cute with this pullover design! It might even help some with the backpack issue. I really think this should be longer, though, atleast in the front. I'm happy to keep wearing this because it really does a good job at what it's made to do, and I can't get over how awesome the travel pillow idea is, I LOVE the packable travel pillow feature. It looks unflattering on all 5'3" / A cup / 125 lbs of me, though, which makes me sad because I was wanting to wear this literally all the time, everywhere, but now I have to be choosy about which clothes to pair with it and I hate how that overcomplicates everything now. This is the first time I've ever been dissatisfied with a Popflex purchase, so I'm still coming back later to buy the extra long cloud hoodie dress! Plz keep that in stock, I want to know if it looks good layered under this pullover! I think black on black will totally work 🖤🤩🖤

I love this PopFlex coat!!! It's very warm and comfortable; I love how it looks; and it's so convenient and clever that it can be consolidated into a pillow! Such a creative, practical design! I'm wearing L/XL and am 5'11" and 175 lbs.

Buy it. I'd been debating for months and finally bought this pillow packable puffer jacket, and I'm so glad I did! It's truly so warm, felt like I was wearing a blanket on the plane. The kangaroo pocket can hold so much stuff, and converting it into a pillow really has been useful during travel.

I struggled a bit with sizing. I'm M by the size chart but always size down for sweats and oversized items. Pictured are the XXS/XS and S/M sizes. The S/M felt too big so I went with the XXS/XS

got this puffer in 2 colors now (mauve & black) and it’s a staple if you live in places where the weather is unpredictable 🌦️

it’s super easy to throw on and off, can take a lot of rain and the hood feels very spacious! might get another color in the future because this puffer really keeps you protected from the cold without feeling bulky when you have it on + it’s super stylish AND cruelty free! ✨ it’s definitely another W for popflex to me 🫰🏻

My cousin put me on to Popflex and I am so glad she did! It’s still a bit too cold in Michigan for this puffer but I was able to wear it the one day we had 40° weather & it kept me warm. It’s a very soft material & I can move around great. Would recommend!

For reference I am 5'6, around 170lbs. I typically am anywhere between a size 8 or 10. I oringally ordered the S/M in the Orchid Ice color because I love a fun color and the reviews mentioned the fit was quite oversized. The S/M technically did fit...but was just a TOUCH too small. Wouldn't be able to layer much under it. Sadly I exchanged it for a L/XL. Sad because the Orchid Ice color was sold out in that size range. I dream of the day PopFlex might choose to do M/L because that would've been perfect.

The exchange process with PopFlex is always easy breezy, I've done it several times at thig point. I ordered the Crimson and while I wish there were more fun/bright colors availble I still am very happy with this purchase.

The quality is high, the pockets are roomy and plentiful, perfect for my hot-girl-walks. The hood is fantastic, and the zip comes up quite high so you can really cozy into it and stay warm. Love the thumb holes and how it comes down long enough to cover my bum. This shade of red is so perfect for so many of the sports teams that exist out there, I felt ready to go to some local high school football team! haha. Always a pleasure shopping at PopFlex!

Only docked a star because the zipper on the large horizontal pocket keeps getting snagged on the fabric and I am fearful of tearing it.

Really love this jacket, it's lightweight, easy to pack, and since getting it I've worn it nearly daily during the 30° weather in my state and it's definitely keeping me warm and becoming a new staple. My only complaint is I wish the sleeves were 2-3in longer.

I am 5'5" and I purchased a L/XL and I wear a XL or 1X in pretty much everything Popflex so I'd say it's true to size and I had no trouble layering it over a crewneck sweatshirt. If it didnt have the thumb holes it would be the right length, but because of them it's just awkward either having a hole by my wrist or try to shrug my shoulders in to use the thumb holes. Mitten mode likewise is a good idea but with the sleeve length it's uncomfortable. I'm still overall happy with my purchase but hope the next version has better sleeve lengths. I'm probably just gonna sew the thumb holes closed on mine because it's open on my wrists.

Got this for my birthday. Love this Dusty Mauve color!! I size down to xxs/xs when I normally do size S for tops, and it is still a bit big for me. The only complaint I have is I received this brand new jacket that the seams are already coming apart at the thumb hole :’(

I wore it twice and had it in my wardrope since then. Its soft, warm and great when its raining outside.

But the pocket already ripped and the corolor from the from the stoppers is coming off. Since i live in germany it was a little expensive to have things shipped over here from america :(
