RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. If you do not select Checkout+, you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders that do not have Checkout+ will be responsible for return shipping. Directions for international returns will be located in the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any fees/customs/taxes required for delivery. International orders with Checkout + are not eligible for exchange-only returns.
Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return. All refunds are refunded to the original payment method.

To be eligible for exchange all items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store. An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or color of the same item, you will be credited for the amount paid and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit. If there is a price difference, you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.
International orders are not eligible for exchange; we are only able to accept returns from customers shopping outside of the U.S.

Please restock more pine items!!! The color is so beautiful. I got a M and I’m typically a M in tops. This is so soft and comfortable.
Soft, lightweight, and actually flattering. Layered it over a tank for the school drop off and over a sports bra at the gym. Doesn't feel bulky like other shrugs. Highly recommend.
One star off is just because I wish there was a liiiittle more armpit coverage, it’s weirdly short in that respect. But the sleeves are cozy and comfy.

Makes a nice keyhole effect
I was so excited when this shrug was released in the Pine collection. The color is gorgeous. It's perfect for that little bit of extra warmth without the added bulk of a full jacket at the beginning of a workout or for dance class. Plus, it was a perfect addition to my cayenne tie-Breaker Superdress when I dressed up as a pumpkin to teach classes for Halloween!

This shrug was the perfect accessory. I also got the shrug to match my corset bra and a white skirt. The 3 piece outfit from PopFlex looked amazing for my ballet class.
This shrug is great for keeping my arms just warm enough at the rink without overheating my torso. I don't lose any range of movement, and I always gets compliments. Would love more color options.
This is a super cute shrug and it's really functional for just a cover for your arms. It actually worked really well for covering up my tattoo from the sun while it was healing. It lost one star just due to the fact that it's a little tighter in the arms than I expected. If you like that kind of a tight fit, it will be perfect for you! I would have preferred it to be just a tiny bit looser in the arms. I will definitely still wear it though!
It’s so comfy and so cute but best of all, it keeps my arms and hands toasty warm. I might need more colours!

Went to my sisters softball game in this and the sapphires pirouette skirt. The first this she said to me was you look so cool. Got so many compliments that night. Full disclosure I debated for an hour whether or not I could actually pull it off in public. Sufficed to say…. I def pulled it off. Everything I have gotten for POPFLEX I’m literally obsessed with. I have recently lost a lot of weight and I appreciate how size inclusive this brand is. Not only do they make the sizes but the products legitimately look good on all body types. Kudos POPFLEX. I wore this Shrug for a simple three hour walk with the dog today. After taking the freshly washed Shrug out of the washing machine (it was the first wash since receiving it, the piece was washed according to instructions and only with other activewear in the machine) I noticed heavy pilling on the back of the shrug as well as on the fabric which is located under the armpits (see pictures).
For a product of this price, to me, this is absolutely unacceptable and surprised me a lot, as all the other popflex products I own do not pill. I ordered (and received) the same shrug in white/cream. I have not washed or worn that one so far and I really hope the white fabric holds up better to absolutely normal wear than the bubblegum-coloured one :-/
EDIT: The popflex-customer service reached out to me less than one hour after my review. Crazy fast response time. I received a full refund without discussions as well as a code for my next order. So I changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars as this is what I would have rated the Shrug as a big-chested girlie if there wouldn't have been the fabric issues. I love this shrug. I was wary at first about how much warmth it would provide but I love being able to layer it and sometimes just covering your arms is all you need (especially for sun protection). I havent worn it out or washed it yet so I hope it holds up well to everything, i am a bit nervous about stains from sunscreen or sweat.
As with all other popflex tops I am a size medium. 5’6” bra size 34b
