Foldover Flared Legging - Cool Black

I'm 4ft 9in tall 125lbs hourglass shape. I ordered the "cool black" color size Large extra petite (27in) inseam. These are so stretchy and comfortable. They look dessy enough to wear to the office. I will only be able to wear them with shoes that are at least 1in tall since the the inseam is just a tad long on me (my inseam is 25in). With no shoes the bottom does touch the floor. Besides that these are great!

The design and fit are both awesome. The leggings feel thick without actually being thick, the waistband can be rolled to sit pretty much wherever and somehow doesn’t dig in anywhere.

It would be a full five star review except that the fabric pilled all over the outer thigh area the first day I wore them (which is a strange place for it to start, you’d be less surprised to see it on high-friction areas like inner thighs and certainly not within a couple hours of first wearing them) and it’s only gotten worse with each wear. I’m really surprised by it, especially given the cost of the leggings and the brand’s reputation for quality, sustainability, and intended longevity of their pieces. I also got the regular leg fold over leggings in the same ‘cool black’ fabric and those pilled too but these ones pilled worse.

It was my first time buying from the brand because the price range is outside of my budget but there was a sale so I decided to try it. I’ll definitely struggle to buy from the brand again in the future, especially because the moment I wore the leggings, they became ineligible or for return or exchange.

I believed I received the wrong item. It was tagged Small 31 inches but it is much bigger and shorter than the other small regular length items I have gotten from Popflex. It also appears to be the wide leg version rather than the flared. I have the wide leg version already, and it looks like those...I can't believe the flared version would be this wide and the sizing so different. I do love the wide leg version I have, though.

These are are THE BEST LEGGINGS. They feel amazing and shape my legs beautifully!!!! Buy them you won’t regret it! Keep in mind colors COOL BLACK are a different material :) which is why I love them so much!

I really wanted to love these leggings because popFLEX is basically the only brand I wear, which makes this especially disappointing.

For comparison, I own a pair of black popFLEX leggings that I purchased on December 7, 2023, and they’ve held up extremely well despite regular wear and the same care routine.

The very first day I wore this newer pair, I had my dog sitting on my lap in the car and noticed immediate pilling and fabric damage. At first, I chalked that up to being my fault—even though I regularly do the same thing in my older popFLEX leggings without any issue.

After fewer than 10 wears total, the same pilling and fabric breakdown started appearing in the inner thigh area as well. I follow all care instructions carefully, and for leggings at this price point, I expected significantly better durability.

I love the fit and design, but the fabric quality on this pair just hasn’t held up the way my older popFLEX leggings have. For the cost, this level of wear so quickly is really disappointing, and it honestly makes me hesitant to purchase again, which saddens me.

I was looking for another pair of maternity leggings. I feel like these are so cute 🥰 I’m not currently pregnant but I’m only a few months postpartum. I ordered an xs and I definitely should have gotten a small but Thats my bad not popflex.

I’ve been tempted by pop flex but it’s expensive. Finally splurged and I’m so bummed about these pants in particular. They started pilling on day 1 while I was wearing them (thighs touch in XL sizes!). The fabric also attracts hairs and debris and they have to be heavily lint rolled every time I wear them. Finally, I can’t figure out how to fold them over in a flattering way but that’s just a bad fit for my body I guess. Overall, totally not worth it to splurge on these foldover yoga pants. The other types I have are a different fabric I think so they don’t seem to have this many issues (they do pill quickly though). Just a heads up to anyone else considering their choices, go with other styles over this one!!

I love the style and inseam of these and bought two pairs. They're extremely comfortable, but the quality is terrible. After only 2 washes, using the care instructions, both pairs are already pilling and one has a hole in the crotch. I've had cheaper fabletics leggings look like this after like 2 years, rather than after a month or so. Very disappointing for the price.

This color is everything! Also the fold over band is so flattering and cute. I am 5’10 and 3XL for reference. The foldover is nostalgic! #tryoncrew

PLEASE make in more colors! Bonus I wore these are maternity pants up until 40 weeks with the waistband not folded. They were perfect!

These leggings are so comfortable and the fabric feels very high quality. I love the foldover waist!

The material is so comfy and soft, it’s also a little thick which I love. They shape and smooth really well and aren’t see through at all. They are absolutely worth the price!

Comfy but doesn’t last comfy but the material BARELY LASTS . I use for the gym daily and Watch them more than the average person probably, but these leggings do not even last me 2 MONTHS! And i thought these would be a good replacement for the aerie foldovers, but it simply isn’t viable to spend DOUBLE THE PRICE of aeries leggings, AND last 10x less.

Super comfy, perfect for walks or lounging.

This is my second pair of fold over flared leggings because I love them that much! I wish the black would come back in stock so I could get those as well. I would also love these in more colors! They are super comfy, soft, and multi-use.

I've seen this brand all over YouTube and was excited to get them. I wore these leggings for 6 hours and they immediately started to fray around the pockets and the bottom of the pants. For so much money I would expect much better sewing quality and longer lasting wear.

I loved the other material so I obviously had to try this material, too. Its nice, a little more slippery, and repels the cat hair a little better. I love the foldover style.

These are the pants we all know and loved, but elevated/perfected in ways we did not know was possible!! The “Cool Black” color is perfect if you have a more muted color palette btw ^_^
