Boxy Boyfriend Hoodie - Vintage Black

I didn't have high hopes when I purchased this hoodie cause it isn't really my style, but I thought it was really cool. Turns out I absolutely love it, I'm kind of obsessed with it.

I love the way it hits a lot more than the cloud hoodie, actually. Even though it's slouchy, I think it's pretty flattering. It's very roomy but in a good way, it's very comfortable to wear even though it's not that soft, which surprised me, but it's soft enough. The material feels sturdy and good quality. I love the washed out look of the fabric. I also really enjoy the hidden thumbholes, it looks really good, and they are comfortable to wear. The hood isn't as big as the cloud hoodie but it's still large enough not to give egg head.

This hoodie is described as oversized and it really is. I sized down and I still think it's huge, but in a good way. So I would recommend sizing down unless you like things that are REALLY oversized, which some people do, clearly.

I don't like this kind of pocket, so I wish it had zippers or there were just regular pockets, but it's not that big of the deal.

Overall, this is my new favorite hoodie and I absolutely love it, I totally recommend it :)

Ok so I already have this in green and I love it so much I had to go back and buy it in gray. My green one is what my husband refers to as my “uniform” at home. I quite literally wear it EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I normally wear a size M in everything, so I went with the M/L in both which is pretty oversized. If you’re wearing this with something like the Supersculpt shorts, your shorts will disappear under the hoodie. Lol. This is how I usually wear them out of the house, honestly. I think they’re best paired with something like the Supersculpt shorts, a chunky sneaker, and big sunnies and then you can transform into your ideal weekend-at-the-Farmer’s-Market goblin little self! It’s kind of my standard uniform if I’m just running to the grocery store or down the street really quick for some bullshit.

I don’t know if this matters or not, but my green one is a bit lighter of a feel than my gray one. Not by a ton, and maybe cause I’d already had my green one for at least a year by the time I got my gray one, but I’m always cold so this doesn’t matter to me. But they’re both lighter than the cloud pullovers, so they’re absolutely perfect for the spring and fall when the weather is transitioning despite their size.

I would like to start by saying I love this hoodie. I love the texture of the fabric, the big front pocket, the thumb holes, the hood, etc. after owning it for about 4 months now I do have one issue. The cuffs on the sleeve, I mentioned before that I love the thumb holes but one my issue is I feel the thumb holes get stretched out super fast. Compared to how they were before, I just feel they got loose to fast. But that could just be a me thing and is not that big of a deal. My main issue with cuffs is that the stitching is coming undone already, which is super disappointing especially at the price point. I always follow the washing instructions so I don’t know if that is the problem but it’s only happened on the cuffs so far. I would give 3.5 stars if possible.

This is literally the best hoodie I've ever put on my body. I'm a little more curvy and I love an oversized fit so I normally go for a 2XL. But I got a L/XL and it fits exactly how I like! It's not tight on my hips at all! Also I usually hate thumb holes but these are sneaky little thumb holes and you can't even tell they are there unless you use them. This hoodie is more expensive so I can't have as many as I'd like but it's worth it!

I'm so in love with this hoodie! It's a perfect weight, the thumb holes are fabulous, and I love the length!

So I love the color, the boxy feel and the weight....but the texture inside feels like it was washed on a long hot wash and every bit of softness left the building, which was crazy bc nothing else had that texture or pproblem. Also I got 1x/2x bc im a little hefty n it was way bigger than expected.. not the worst thing, but worth knowing

Super cozy sweatshirt and nice to throw on post workout (see photo). Great stand-in for not having a BF to borrow from! I'm 5'4" size 8 in the S/M, which hits me just below the butt and crotch.

The inside has the feeling of a well used towel (not in a bad way) I bought it in a xxs/xs and s/m. It's definitely oversized to the point that the hood is too heavy and keeps choking me regardless of the size. It looked like a hoodie dress on me and not cute or flattering

I LOVE this product so much and I don’t know where I can reach out to customer service without writing a review since I don’t need an exchange. My first shipment of this got stolen (now we own a ring camera because of this) and Popflex was so kind to send me another to replace my stolen package. First off, I am this brand’s number 1 fan and their customer service is amazing. I was so grateful for the resend.

I got this about a month ago now and finally it was time for a wash. I washed on cold by itself - no other items since it was my only light colored hoodie that needed to be cleaned. I do use Tide pods but have never had issues with my other light color items or whites. I then washed again with no detergent to see if the color would come out to no avail. I know the color is supposed to fade but I was surprised of the purple staining.

Now I’m not looking for another product to be sent to me, I plan to wear it and hope people think the purple staining is intentional. But I’m wondering if any others have had this issue?

I love everything about this hoodie. The loose fit, the huge hood, thumb holes, longer sleeves, and material are perfect. I’m hoping for some brighter summer colors like maybe a yellow or pink! I’m 5’7 & 140 lb.s & got the S/M

This is the single most comfy hoodie in my closet right now! As someone who is the same size as her boyfriend, stealing his hoodies doesn't always give me the oversize look that I want, so this was a gamechanger.

I'm 5'6", 165 lbs, 37" bust and 31" waist, and got the M/L. It's definitely VERY oversized, and I probably could have gone down to the S/M, but I love the length of this one and where it hits. 10/10, I need this in all the colors now!

I have this hoodie in my usual S/M size in the mauve and black, and the XXS/XS in blue, and I don’t notice much of a difference in the size - they’re both really generously oversized, baggy and loose, although the smaller size is shorter. The hoodie is a perfect amount of boxy, really more rectangular than square so you look long but not wide. In general, I prefer the look of my regular size to the shorter fit. The vintage wash colors are really great and give that lived in look and feel to the fabric, and my friends, for whom I bought the green and a mauve cloud sweater, understand why I’m in a full blown POPFLEX addition at the moment.

OMG I love the boyfriend hoodie. I currently have the vintage crimson and love it. The pocket is gigantic, the hood and sleeve are cut perfectly with extra material to make you feel girly and cute.

Very comfortable and oversized, definitely feels like I've stolen the boyfriend's hoodie, and can confirm it's actually his size haha. I'm 5"1 and got a S/M

Dont change a thing! For the oversized look seen in the photos (where the shoulder stitch locates about halfway to my elbow), I ordered my usual medium. From shoulder-to-shoulder, a medium measures 34" across, and the lower band measures 24" across. For a still-roomy feel, I ordered a small. The inside has a terry cloth feel (photo comparison is dark red boyfriend hoodie interior to the cloud hoodie interior)

It's the perfect hoodie! I love the loose, comfy fit, the distressed dark green color, & the soft fabric! It's super cute with leggings or a pair of shorts. I'm wearing size M/L.

The fabric is soft! Outside and inside soft imo. The washed out color very nicely darkish grey

Shipping to Germany a pain in the arsch as usually ;( but I'm in love with popflex stuff.

Very interesting concept with the thumbholes and better as imagined!
Seems sturdy. When you are not in need of them they blend in with the hoodie.
