DELIVERY TIME: Please allow 5-8 days for delivery of your order if in the U.S. Please allow 2-4 weeks for international orders to arrive, depending on each country's customs inspection and postal delivery practices.
HOLIDAY RETURNS: For purchases from November 1 to December 3, we will extend the return window to 60 days. All orders between December 4-10 will have a 45-day return window, and any order placed after December 10 will have our original return/exchange policy deadline of 30 days.
RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. If you do not select Checkout+, you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders that do not have Checkout+ can purchase return labels inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. International orders with Checkout + are not eligible for exchange-only returns.
Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return. All refunds are refunded to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES: Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase. If you opt out of Checkout+ we offer two complimentary U.S. even exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Should you need more than two even exchanges you can purchase a label inside the portal. Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store. An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or color of the same item, you will be credited for the amount paid and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit. If there is a price difference, you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.

This bag is super cute, I couldn’t wait for its arrival. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged on 1/30/26 and immediately emailed Popflex with my concern with photos and still have not heard back.

Cute bag, love the pockets! I don’t love tiny handles so they may have to come off, but it’s a cute look if you don’t need your hands too much. But the zipper drives me insane! It extends for 4-5 inches beyond the bag- you can’t zip it one handed without digging it out of the bag because there’s no anchor point. I don’t like it flapping beyond the bag either. If you leave it unzipped, the large flaps cover the inside side pockets. Now you have to dig under the flaps to get to organization. I’m about ready to cut these too and fit a magnetic/velcro/anything to get rid of the length of the flaps. Cute bag but there’s obstacles to actually use it, that didn’t need to be there

I love the design of the baby Sloane tote but was waiting for a release in a material that was more resistant to lint and dirt. So when I saw they had a vegan leather version, I had to order it! The bag is super cute and can used for any occasions, from casual to more formal events! It has a very soft and buttery material, though I do kind of wish it was a more structured material to keep the shape better. Love the many pockets, but would love to have a zippered pocket for small items on the inside since the outside zipper doesn't fully cover the entire top. I did notice the zipper was sewn on a little crooked though. The outside pocket fits my phone. the bag size is perfect, not too small and not too bulky. The handle is soft and comfortable to carry. Overall though it's a super cute and functional bag!
However, because it was shipped in a shipping bag, it got smashed and dented in transit. There's a deep prominent indent right on the front of the bag by the POPFLEX logo and some smushing of the material. The indent in particular is very noticeable and negatively affects the overall appearance of the bag. It's a cute bag but I was kind of disappointed that it's already dented before I get to use it, especially since it is a pricier bag. I'm stuffing the bag to see if that helps!

Just would have one complaint about the gold detailing; personally would have gone with silver - but I still love it despite that❤️
The tote itself is great and was purchased because I wanted the leather option instead of the fabric option. With that being said the strap was disappointing, it does not shorten enough to be carried on one arm and will need to be worn as a crossbody unlike the fabric option where the strap can be shortened more, so I needed purchased a strap that I am able to shorten enough to wear it on one arm. The pockets are great and there are plenty but they do not allow much stretch so wider items may not fit.
This is so cute and when I saw it styled with the tutu pink collection I knew I needed to get it! It fits everything my other purse did but is like…half the bulk!

I love this bag so much. This is my daily bag, and it is very deceptive because it is small, but fits so much. You can easily fit an iPad mini in here while having enough room for everything else you need.
My dream is for there to be a regular Sloane in this beautiful vegan leather. PLEASE MAKE THIS! I WOULD BUY IT IMMEDIATELY!

So soft. So cute. The size isn't even too small. It WORKS. I am a phone, keys, wallet girlie and this bag does that AND more! It's not bulky, the strap is the perfect length for cross over or one shouldering. It blends in for all occasions. Professional and casual. I absolutely love it. I absolutely want it in the tan and in the leather (original) size since I want one to take into the office with my laptop. *wink wink* ;)
Cutest bag ever. The pockets are so helpful keeing things organized. I love the color contrast with the darker interior floral pattern. I can fit quite a bit inside except for my long wallet. But that is an easy fix.

My whole life I’ve been a mini backpack queen. Never desired a handbag until I saw this vegan leather baby Sloan.. still I waited. Months spent looking at it, adding to cart and inevitably removing it before checkout. My 34th bday was coming up so I decided wth lets try it, time to grow up lol well I literally cannot say enough about this f******n bag yall. I’ve showed it off to everyone Ive encountered lmao it fits and organizes all my little things and fits right into my canvas work tote so all my essentials are right there. That’s just the functionality, but let me tell you this bag has sparked something inside of me that I never knew was there.. the material is amazing (like everything else from PF) so soft yet sturdy -structured. I feel so elegant carrying this cutie with me everywhere. I am completely in love, head over heels. Someday I’ll replace my cheapy work tote with the regular Sloan and seal the deal but for now I shall enjoy the honeymoon period I’m in with my girl baby Sloan. TY PF!!!😘

Compact but has a lot of pockets inside for storage like lipsticks, pads, pill case (if it's thin). It might be cramped depending on the size of your wallet but otherwise it's a good size!
I would love if you guys made a leather bag like this as a backpack purse!
