HOLIDAY RETURNS: For purchases from November 1 to December 3, we will extend the return window to 60 days. All orders between December 4-10 will have a 45-day return window, and any order placed after December 10 will have our original return/exchange policy deadline of 30 days.
RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. If you do not select Checkout+, you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders that do not have Checkout+ can purchase return labels inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. I love being able to put my hair in an *actual* high pony or messy bun!!! I have tried other brand's hats with this feature and the slit was never high enough.
I am generally not a hat person. I don’t think they look that good on me, and they usually make my head uncomfortably hot. But I figured, if anyone can make a hat my picky self can like, it’s Cassey, and I’m trying to work on using extra layers of sun protection along with my usual sunscreen anyway, so why not? And y’all. This is the best hat I’ve ever bought.
It’s light and breathable, so my head doesn’t get too hot. The fabric is comfortable and doesn’t irritate my skin. The size adjuster doodad is easy to use, not stiff or inflexible. The brim is a very flattering length, long enough to provide a shadow on my face but not so long that it makes my head look weird.
But the actual best part about this hat? The sweatband on the inside. If your scalp sweats a lot and drives your skin sensory issues insane, buy this hat. I now throw it on any time my scalp starts sweating, regardless of if I’m outside or not. Its more comfortable and absorbent than a regular headband, and between the sweatband and the perforations, it stops my head sweat in record time.
I am truly, wonderfully shocked at how much I love the good sport cap! I will be purchasing in other colors in the future, for sure. And if popflex came out with a wide brimmed sunhat with a similar sweatband inside, I would be first in line to buy it.

The hat is very comfy and versatile. I lovw the color and how i can pull my ponytailb thru the top of the cap or the band part. I will be using this a lot during the summer.
LOVE the hat!! This hat is so cute and comfy. Great selection of colors (I got the light purple one) and very comfortable. Was super pleasantly surprised at the thin sweatband on the inside; what an amazing touch!
This hat is a great basic, love the high pony tail option and it does come in handy! The material feels good quality and the strap in the back is nice and thick but stretchy. The only thing that I don’t love is the cap isn’t as curved as I hoped and is a bit asymmetrical, though I don’t think anyone else will notice. Overall a solid hat!

It was unfortunately bigger than I thought. I paid 15€ to have it shipped to me, but for the return I am supposed to send it to the USA, which would cost me a fortune. I don't understand why I can't send it back to where it came from, I will have to try selling it on the internet, because sending it back just doesn't work with the tariffs
I got the small size but the band in the back is still too big so the hat doesn’t look good. It poofs out on the sides and eventually starts sliding all over the place. I should have returned it but I really needed something at the time.

Love wearing this hat when I'm running to keep sun and rain off my face. The sweatband is great, and the mesh is really breathable. And I love the high ponytail slot! I got a M/L per the size guide, and probably could have gotten away with a S/M for a more secure fit—the loop fastener doesn't tighten a lot.
I use mine for hiking occasionally. I admit that it's not often I find myself in need of the high ponytail slit–the normal gap works well for me–but it's great to have the option to keep more hair off my neck in warm weather. The sizing guide is helpful if you're unsure of which to get, like I was. I got the green cap because I'm usually a green girlie, but I was eyeballing the blue and wish I would've gone for that one. 😩 Nothing wrong with the green color; it's accurate to the pic. I just need to learn to be more true to myself rather than follow what I'm used to lol
No more low ponytails or buns- this hat allows you to wear that high pony!
Just added this hat in white to my collection. The bill is longer than a normal baseball cap, which helps when wearing! These hats also wash well. I do have it in Ruby as well. After more than 10 washes the color has started to fade a little bit. But it is retained its shape very well.

Christmas gift for our daughter, she loved it! Wore it on a hike the day after Christmas.
Perfect for my runs! I don't have to worry about how high or low my pony tail is. I got the smallest size and I made the hat the smallest it could go and it fit perfectly. I don't think I have a small head though so if you do keep that in mind!
I've bought four of these in different colours and love them for both work and casual. I love having the option of moving my hair to wherever i want it, though i would appreciate if there was a smaller size as small is slightly large on me still

I have bought this hat in three colors now! The built in sweatband is super helpful for me as a sweaty girl. The ventilation is great and I also appreciate having the larger size for my big head lol
I can wear my ponytail however I want: high, mid, or low, and the hat always fits! I love that I don’t have to change my hair to wear a cap! I just throw it on without thinking. This is my summer essential.
I love the cap. I don't really like that the holes visually, but they are really practical when doing sports. It makes it feel a bit more breathable.
I absolutely love having the ability to put my hair up for work, i never enjoyed having to put it in a low bun, i just feel like higher buns are so much cuter! I'm waiting for a restock before i buy more colours. However, i do wish there was a smaller size or the ability to adjust smaller as my head is smaller than the small measurements 😭 us tiny headed girls are sruggling
