HOLIDAY RETURNS: For purchases from November 1 to December 3, we will extend the return window to 60 days. All orders between December 4-10 will have a 45-day return window, and any order placed after December 10 will have our original return/exchange policy deadline of 30 days.
RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. If you do not select Checkout+, you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders that do not have Checkout+ can purchase return labels inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. International orders with Checkout + are not eligible for exchange-only returns.
Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return. All refunds are refunded to the original payment method.

I wore these once before a large hole formed along one of the seams. Super disappointing considering how expensive they are. Can't even get a refund because they're technically underwear.

Ordered a M in black. These undies feel like NOTHING and they don’t roll!? YES MAAM. You can only put light stuff like chapstick in the pockets, but HELLO POCKETS ON UNDIES!? I love these so so so so much. Get multiple pairs !!
I'm a bit disappointed in this product, even though it's overall good. I like the material, it's extremely stretchy and comfortable. It looks just like the pictures and I like that it has pockets.
However, I find that Popflex panties are so stretchy that they run very large. I'm used to sizing up to an M in panties for more comfort, but with Popflex even S felt a bit loose when I first tried some (and M was way too big), so when I purchased these shorts (and 2 more other panties), I sized down to XS. I think that was the right move because the shorts fit well, and the other panties are even still feel a bit loose... All that to say that I find that these shorts / panties aren't really true to size.
But the main problem is that I purchased these shorts because they were marketed more as shorts to wear under short dresses / skirts rather than just panties, but I feel like they are too thin to do that. In fact, they are see-through even though they are black, so I'm not comfortable wearing only that under a short skirt or dress. They really would only work as underwear in my opinion. Plus, they are not seamless, so if you were wearing something bodycon, you'd probably still see the seams. So they would only work to like... wear under loose pants or a long flowy dress / skirt, I guess? Not super versatile. Plus, I think they are too short for me to be comfortable wearing them under a short skirt and people would notice they're panties, not actual shorts, so again : them being see-through + too short = I will not be wearing them as I intended to.
Also, I feel like the pockets won't he able to hold much because, not only are they really small, but since the fabric is so thin and stretchy, I don't see how they could hold anything that has some weight to it.
Don't get me wrong, these shorts are well made and the quality is good if you're gonna wear them as panties, that's why I'm not giving less than 4 stars. I like them, but I find that they will be impactical for me and I won't be wearing them much. Not as I intended to wear them, at least. Marketing did me dirty here.
Not convinced I would recommend them. Maybe if you always wear loose, longer clothing, then yes.

I love that these have pockets! I sized down from L to M based on the other reviews and maybe could've even gotten away with a small.
Yep, I'm going to live in these, always and forever. They are so deliciously thin, breathable, sweat-wicking, and comfy. They do show the outlines of your architecture so these aren't suitable for greeting the mailman in, unless you have that sort of relationship (no judgements), but good golly you'll feel like you have nothing on while wearing these. And somehow the pockets hold my phone without falling down. Magical.
I absolutely love these!! The material is so light, comfortable and super stretchy. I love wearing them around the house, especially when it's hot and I don't feel like throwing on shorts. I'll definitely be purchasing more!

Absolutely love these! Buttery soft and they don't cut in anywhere despite the fact that I have thick thighs and a belly. Perfect under a dress to stop the chub rub. Does roll down on me a bit but most things do on me. Overall, so comfy!
These underwear feel like nothing when I put them on. I am a size xs-s in bottoms in POPFLEX and purchased size small in these. They are a dream. They are not tight on my stomach, the leg holes don’t leave huge dents in my legs (thank you extra skin), and the shorts are long enough to totally cover my large (and slightly saggy) bum. I don’t think I’ll use the pockets much, as I will be using these as my daily underwear. I plan to phase out all my old underwear and exclusively wear these. I would love for them to come in the color nude as well!

These role, but are so comfortable. They also feel enough like shorts to walk around the house in them without feeling like I'm walking around in underwear. The pockets also barely hold my phone, but for walking around the house, it's secure enough.

My wife tends to prefer longer bike shorts for lounging around the house with the kids. These are a bit more "risque" to just lounge around for her tastes, but she appreciates the fit, the containment, and most importantly the cotton. Please make more things with cotton.
