RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. If you do not select Checkout+, you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders that do not have Checkout+ will be responsible for return shipping. Directions for international returns will be located in the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any fees/customs/taxes required for delivery. International orders with Checkout + are not eligible for exchange-only returns.

I’m 5ft tall and the petite was perfect!! The material is super soft and comfortable, will definitely be buying more.
Super comfy and I love the style however the pant legs that arrived are completely different sizes. Although it looks minor in the pics, it is very noticeable when I wear shoes as one leg barely grazes the floor while the other sits on the top of the midsole of my shoe! I LOVE popflex but this is not the first time that I have had issues with her clothes. Especially since these are so popular and they’re always sold out in my size, I can’t even exchange it for another one since it’s already sold out again…
Something like this shouldn’t even be happening especially for the price we pay…where’s the quality control?!?!

These sweatpants are made of such luxurious feeling fabric and are worth the price. I wash them right away so I can keep wearing them every day. I'm 5'4" and size 8 wearing size M regular length.
Although I only bought a POPFLEX pair of pants in 2X a year ago (and almost 10 skorts and dresses, all in 2X), this one completely misses the POPFLEX sizing of all the other models I’ve purchased — by a whopping 20 cm (!!!). It’s especially frustrating for me because I now also have to pay about €20 in return shipping, even though I don’t see that I made any mistake. It’s honestly embarrassing that such huge size differences within the POPFLEX brand aren’t explicitly pointed out!
Let me start by saying these are so well made and SO COMFY! The material is like a dream, and I am obsessed with the color. However, after I put them on, I realized they really are super wide, too wide for me personally. I am 110lbs, 5'0" and I ordered an XS Petite. I probably should have gone with extra petite. The length didn't bother me too much, I usually get my pants hemmed, but the super wide opening just didn't flatter me. These are much bigger than the perfect plane pants from POPFLEX. I almost couldn't walk right because there was so much fabric swishing around. If that is what you're in to, you will love these pants! But I think for me, I will stick with my POPFLEX joggers.
I absolutely love these pants! They are so soft on the inside and don't have too much fuzz! However I am an XXS and felt like the pants were too wide leg, I am going to try to see if the plane pants are better.
They are so soft on the inside, they are so baggy and comfortable. They are really amazing.
I love these!! I am a more bottom heavy hour glass, so the wide leg trend has been tough for me. BUT these sweatpants perfectly skim my lower half while still draping flatteringly, I already want another pair!

I've never been a sweatpant girlie, but these pants have converted me. So comfy, and a perfect fit. Not really sweatpant weather at the moment, but these will be perfect come winter.
Great quality, so soft! Only docking a star because it runs longer than all other items and we own a lot. I had to exchange for XP instead of my usual P inseam. Not sure what the XP girls are going to do.

I'm plus size with a big booty. Most sweatpants (or any baggy pants) look horrible on me. I had given up on finding a pair that didn't make my butt look soggy. These are SO CUTE and I actually LIKE how my butt looks in these!
Normally I am a 3x but I sized down to 2x and they fit like a dream!
The material is a lot sturdier than what you'd normally find in a sweatpant but still soft and comfy.
These are soooo cute and comfy! The material feels really sturdy and it’s so soft inside. I love the fold over waistband and the pockets. I got the petite inseam length even though I am 5’5” because I didn’t want the hem to drag on the ground. If you order the recommended inseam length for your height it might drag on the ground. If you don’t like that I would order a shorter length!
I’m obsessed with these. When my order arrived I realized I accidentally bought 2 pair. But that’s fine. I love them and will wear them all winter. I am between and XL and a 1X. XL was a great fit for me (hour glass shape, 5’11”, 200lbs)
