Wildest Dreams Babydoll Dress - Blush Sky

One of my favorite nightgowns ever. The poof is adorable, the ruching at the bust is flattering, and thus far the tiny roses have survived several washes (on delicate cycle) without issue! Love love love the silhouette of this. Even though I don’t normally go for prints, I bought the valentine’s version (petit amour) instantly because the tiny hearts are cute and don’t feel so in-your-face as a print. I bought this in "berry sleepy" size small. I was a little unsure since it's a little poofy for my tastes but my husband loved it and boosted my confidence and right then I saw sleepy blue in size small come in stock. I instantly bought it but when it got here it was an extra small. I tried it on and liked how it fit even better (a little less poof.) Im right between a small and medium in most things but this nightgown is so stretchy that the size down worked perfectly for me. These little sleep dresses are twirlable, comfortable and fun to wear. They do wrinkle easily but a quick fluff in the dryer knocks that right out.

My Wildest Dreams Babydoll Dress collection has been growing ever since I fell in love with buying my first one, and they all held up their shapes/stitches/mini roses very perfectly from cold wash/cold machine dry to ensure the cotton doesn't shrink from the heat! I was so surprised and excited when they added new colours to this collection for Valentine's because I didn't think they would add any new colours for the Daydream Cotton 🥹 and I JUST HAD TO BUY IT RIGHT AWAY!! The Petit Amour colour is just so perfect, I love how the polka dots are actually hearts upclose and I love how cute the little bitty bows are, and it fits so perfectly/a nice change in design from the OG cute little roses! The cotton fabric is still as soft as the OG colours 🥰

I already had my wish come true from the Petit Amour addition with my favourite red/pink colour and bows of my childhood dreams, but if I were to ask the fashion fairy Cassey to grant me another wish, I would totally LOVE a lunar new year cherry red colour, maybe with red floral patterns too, in my Wildest Dreams? 🥹 But otherwise I am sooo happy they are adding new colours to this collection and looking forward to the new colours/elements 💌

I am so in love with this dress so much, and I feel like a little girl again wearing it 😭 I have never felt so happy, and I love how it fits me so perfectly yet is so stretchy and soft and flatters my figure so well! I am short (5'1 ft), so I hate how mini stuff goes in the middle of my thighs/above my knees instead of below my bum, but this one ACTUALLY is mini and I love how it complements my body so much! As a Vietnamese woman growing up with body image issues, this healed a part of me inside from how good I feel in my body wearing it 🥹
I really hope Cassey releases more additions to this Wildest Dreams collection and colours like crimson/meadow/ivory because I really feel like her inner child designer gave my inner child the princess dress she has always wanted 💌

I have seen people saying this shrinks after washing, but definitely make sure you wash this in COLD water/dry it in COOL or else the cotton will shrink because this is 100% cotton!

Super soft and breathable but the hem is actually a little itchy and, at least on mine, super uneven. The top layer is about an inch longer on one side. I attached pictures with index cards for size reference. You can also see that one side of the top layer reaches to the fatty area under my thumb and on the other side only reaches the top of my wrist. I would have exchanged but I've already worn it a few times and feels like too much of a hassle at this point.

I wasn't sure if I was going to like this, but I did! The bust area is heavier fabric and doubled, so you feel covered. And the skirt is so full and pretty! I do wish I'd gone down a size, but that's my own fault.

This is a super cute sleep dress! However for this with a larger booty the back is quite short. I have seen others wear this as a dress and that's not possible for me haha I had to stand tall to take this back photo and not reveal anything! I love how breathable this is and look forward to wearing it around the house in the summer to stay cool!

I love how soft and flowy these are! I pair it with the shorts though bec it’s not really long enough for a nightie. I’m not tall either so maybe grab the shorts too which are just as soft as the rest of the line!

I’m 4’11 so I struggle finding dresses that won’t be too long for my height and this was perfect

I’m 5’7, 135lbs, and I bought this in Large.

I bought it in blue to try it out and loved it so much I bought one in every color ♥️. It’s very breathable and lightweight and also 100% cotton

As someone who doesn’t really go out that much, and spends a lot of time at home studying, I still dress up to boost my mood so I can lock in. It helps that’s I can just wake up and sit down with a nice cup of tea and feel like a fairy princess wearing a flower dress while being cozy all day.

If more colors get released (maybe a periwinkle or dusk green) I’d probably buy those too. I’ve never spent so much on sleepwear before that’s how much I love this.

I am absolutely in LOVE with this dress! And no matter what color I wear it makes me feel so feminine. Perfect for romanticizing your life! I went ahead and paired them with the matching shorts to make myself a little more comfortable when out and about or in common living spaces. It’s more of a peace of mind thing for me, knowing I’m covered even if I feel like twirling - because oh yes! This is twirlable ! Highly recommend! For reference I’m 5’7 and wearing a medium dress and matching medium shorts.

I so wanted to believe in the fairytale that this would look nice!
There's another review with a lady in cream and based on her and the model in the berry color I optimistically purchased.
The look itself isn't terrible, it's a choice if you don't mind your breasts to sit where they fall naturally, which sometimes i don't mind - but in this i just can't justify keeping it and the price to just look meh isn't helpful.

Let's start with what I DO like :

The cotton is perfect, no complaints on fabric at all. This will be a dream to sleep & lounge in, and for the daring girls like me, I sure did plan to wear this out this summer the same way Cassey styled it! Cute boots & a smile!

I am 5 foot tall and it came down to the perfect flirty length. I'd add a boyshort underneath for modesty, but this is such a cute dress!
I love the adjustable straps, it helped somewhat with my sizing issues that I'll go further into in the section for what I dislike. They don't feel cheap like they'd break instantly from my sliding up and down. In my pictures I've already adjusted them to comfortable position. I believe that's how I got my boobs into position as best I could.

What I DO NOT like :

The smocking/ gathering for the bust provides me absolutely no support at all. I have large breasts (38H but my cup runneth over so they're probably larger than that even). In my pictures you can see that my breast doesn't sit in the cup area, but about half of it falls underneath the bustline area while standing still so I can only imagine them never staying in place with movement.
Since there is no way to further gather the bustline area I'm kind of stuck with this ill fitting shape up top that I just don't find comfortable and wouldn't reach for to wear, which at this price point is unacceptable. I don't need my boobs hiked up to my chin, but I definitely don't want them flopping down and prefer staying in their assigned seats.
I'd suggest a drawstring be added to this area, that way it can be cinched a bit from underneath and with the strap adjustments you're more likely to get a relatively supportive hold for those of us with larger cup sizes.
In one photo I literally picked up my breast and dropped it into place, so standing still it looks closer to the model / look i imagined, but in moving my arm to take the photo my boob slipped right down into the unflattering position.

I cautiously recommend this, because it really does feel great on my skin and is such a cute idea and look, but if you're like me & hesitant about how the bust might look or feel - here's your warning.

The return process is a new disappointment (I've never had to return anything so far so that speaks to my usual support and satisfaction of this brand) and I may just end up keeping this since returning is costly and annoying. Just know if you purchase and are unhappy it's not a free and effortless return process. If I had known about returns I wouldn't have taken this risk.

If an adjustable bustline is added in the future I'll be first in line to repurchase, but as it stands I think I'll be more discerning about which items make it into my cart.

Love it. Very comfy to sleep in.

My only issue is that I wish it was a bit softer, but this is my absolute fav nightgown. Need to get more colors.

What a cute dress!! I can't wait until it gets warmer so I can wear this to sleep. The 100% cotton material is light and breathable. For reference, I'm 5'00" wearing a size XXS. This dress is definitely on the shorter side, but you can see in the picture that the back is longer!

Love the double layer of this dress! Wearing a size M. Super flowy, and definitely feels like I’m wearing nothing when I have it on! My only wish is for a longer option, OR to have like a bloomer with it. As a 6’2 girl, if I stand up straight everything is hanging out. So I definitely wear boxers under. But I love how dainty and sweet and free I feel when I wear it! I wear it more as a top tho, and have gotten SO many compliments! It looks so cute with denim shorts!
