Bear Hug Coat - Ganache

I've been waiting for this restock for so long! I don't know why this jacket isn't getting more love. It's super soft, thick, and cozy. This is extremely oversized. I usually order S/M in Popflex jackets but decided to size down to XXS/XS based on the comments. For reference, i'm 5ft 7in and 125lbs and the jacket fits very well. It's still oversized but in a cute way and if I ordered my usual S/M I would've been drowning in it like a giant blanket. The length of the sleeves is perfect, stops past my knuckles and I love how thick the wrist cuffs are with the thumbholes. They will definitely keep out any wind and my hands will stay warm (a must for cold hand girlies like me). Also the hood is thick, warm, and detachable! Overall, 12/10 on the cozy and stylish scale. I'll be wearing this for the rest of winter!

I had initially left a 5 star review upon receiving this jacket as it was soft, cozy, and fit well. Unfortunately I need to change my rating to 1 star because even after following the care instructions, the zipper came off and the zipper track got destroyed. I only had this jacket for 1 week and it was my first time washing it. For $125 I had expected for the hardware to hold up better than that. I've had $20 jackets that have withstand washing/ drying over the years and no issues with the zipper. I've been a Popflex fan for years and have bought multiple pieces with no quality issues but with this jacket, i'm beyond shocked and disappointed. I've attached pictures to show the unusable zipper.

This jacket was definitely super soft and warm. It was too big though, even for oversized. The arms were so long my hands were covered if I left the sleeves at length or bunch up if I used the thumb holes (which were a total plus). It also was a lot looser at the bottom than in the pictures, which appear cinched in, giving it an unflattering boxy appearance IRL. Although I loved the feel of it on and appreciated the attention to detail and quality, I ultimately returned it. For reference I’m 5’8, 130lb, 34(B)/27/37 and ordered a S/M. I wanted to exchange it for an xxs/xs, but sadly that size in the color I ordered was out of stock. I would definitely recommend sizing down as aside from the fit/sizing it is a very nice jacket.

BUY THIS COAT!!! i am 5’5” 120lbs and got s/m and it’s super oversized! It has fleece lining the whole interior of the coat even in the arms! It is a very soft Sherpa on the outside. It is not the rough textured kind! It’s really warm and this will definitely be a really good winter coat! It reminds me of those oversized coats from A L O BUT 30 TIMES BETTER! BY THIS

I wasn’t sure what to expect but the second I saw this jacket announced, I had to have it. And I’m so happy it’s every bit as cuddly as it looks in the picture and even softer than I’d expected! It’s definitely a high quality fleece Sherpa and the lining is super soft too! The description says it all! It’s a cuddly bear hug! The color is amazing too! It’s perfect in every way! I wasn’t sure about the sizing as it is an oversized jacket. I’m normally between a small and medium, mostly small, but I’m also only 5’1”. I’m 124lbs. I probably could have worn the XXS/XS but I opted for my normal S/M and I’m very happy with that choice! It’s oversized as described but not crazy big. It’ll give me room for a thicker extra layer if I needed. The sleeves are a tad long but I love wearing sleeves that are just a bit too long so it’s perfect for me. When I raise my hands all the way overhead, the thumb hole doesn’t pull on my hands at all, thus making it perfect. Can you tell how much I love it?! I can’t wait for the colder weather to come (and I hate the cold!) so I can wear it out! Highly recommend!

Amazing jacket. Ultra plush fleece is super luxurious. This jacket is as warm as a coat. Everyone who sees it wants to know where to get one. I sized up to wear it oversized but it’s definitely generously sized.

I really like this jacket and am glad I got it. It is a bit pricey but I hope to be able to use this for many winters to come. This jacket has a lot of pros but a couple of cons too.

Pros:
Super soft; I really love the feel of the sherpa fleece. It is so soft and warm.
Thick; The fabric is thick without being stiff. While where I live, this past winter wasn’t too bad, the wind chill made it down into the negatives and when I wore this coat I did not feel cold at all.
Roomy; the torso of the coat is very roomy. I got the 3x/4x size being a very busty, plus size gal and I could have easily worn a hoodie and still have had room in the torso.
Hood; While the hood would tend to fall over and obscure my face it stayed on my head even with the wind. Really like how it is detachable too.
Inside pockets; love having the inside pockets! I can put my keys, phone, and a small wallet in the inside pockets so I don’t have to carry a purse when I wear this very fluffy jacket.

Cons:
Cuff fabric; while the sherpa fleece is great, the fabric on the cuffs, while nice and soft, would catch on my chapped hands. It wasn’t quite like the microfiber cleaning cloth feel but it was close. So anyone who is, like me, and very tactile and certain fabrics bother you , heads up.
Arms; Like I have noticed with a majority of the long sleeve popflex tops, the arms on this jacket are not big enough. While I could have worn a hoodie because the torso of this jacket was so roomy, there was no way I could wear one because my arms would not have fit in the sleeves. I could wear the jacket with a long sleeve shirt but I could not move my arms easily. I usually wore a t-shirt or tank top while wearing the jacket. Not sure why most of the long sleeve tops are so tight in the sleeves but I wish they would fix it.
Front pocket; just a personal preference, I would have preferred the front pocket to be higher up on the jacket, not aligned with the bottom of the jacket. It is so long, which I do like, that I am reaching for the front pockets and I cannot rest my hands in the pockets while I am wearing the jacket. If the pockets were raised just a few inches, I could actually use the front pockets.

This jacket is life. Soft, WARM, feels like an actual bear hug. The Butterscotch color is absolute perfection. Love the pockets, the length, the hood… I choose bear.

i had been eyeing this jacket for a while and i am so glad i finally purchased it!! it is so warm and cozy even when it’s absolutely freezing out. my only con is that the sleeves are really tight while the rest of the jacket is extremely oversized

I really love the jacket, the fabric is super soft and keeps me warm and the hood actally stays up even when windy!!! The only thing that i didn't considered is how oversized this thing is and now i look like i stole the jacket from a giant😅 i first thought about sending it back and getting it a size smaller but i kinda like it now, especially since i found out that i can even pull it down over my knees when sitting. But if you dont wanna look like a marshmallow (In the best way obviously) and you're in between sizes you might wanna size down.

Bigger petite ladies beware the oversized fit. The jacket is extremely roomy and forgiving so do not question the oversized nature of it especially if you're petite and on the rounder side like I am lest you want to look like a walking pompom!

This coat is so warm! I get compliments whenever I wear it It is very flattering and ver comfortable.

This jacket is so warm and cozy, it literally does feel like a giant hug! I ended up buying both colors cause I loved them so much. It’s the warmest winter jacket I’ve ever owned, I believe. I absolutely love the oversized hood to hide my face when I’m standing in below zero weather waiting for my dog to find a spot to potty! lol.

This is perfect for winter. I love it. Pair this with the vegan leather leggings, cute top and boot and you're set. The pockets are deep and very comfortable.
