My third pair of Pirouette shorts, this time in cream. I love going for my walks in these shorts and just lounging around the house in them. I find them incredibly comfort, and although the pockets aren’t as big and easy to access as the Pirouette skort, they are still handy. There are a few features I really love with these shorts. The undershorts are loose and super comfy. The waistband is not as tight as the skort. Although these are shorts, the mesh outer layer feels and looks like a skirt. Lots of mesh material, that feels wonderful on your skin as you move. Please like my reviews. I love the support I receive here (mostly), and your support means a lot. I’m just being myself and harming no one. So spread a little love 🩷🩷

I bought these shorts in black a while back, and was a bit wary of them because of some of the reviews. However, I absolutely loved them. I’m a huge of the Pirouette Skorts and have over 20 of them. The mesh fabric is sooo soft and feels so lovely on your skin! I love it on these shorts too. In fact, it’s so abundant it feels more like a skirt than shorts. I actually love the loose leg of the shorts underneath. They are very comfortable, and although the pockets aren’t as big or easy to access as the skort shorts, they are still good. I love these in pink, and enjoy wearing them on my walks. For years I struggled with guilt because I loved wearing dresses, skirts and other traditional (who made that up?🤷) female attire. I harm no one, and just want to feel happy and content. I get great support here usually, so please like my reviews. 🩷🩷

These were a great surprise. I used them a lot to the beach but I can't wait to style them for fall.

I wasn't excited about these when released and after seeing a few reviews I decided to buy them and omg I love them. They are cute, comfortable and coming with me on my upcoming trips.

These shorts fit me wonderfully. I ordered a medium in the navy and also the not your typical tank in a lg navy and they look great together. I have ordered five different items from this company and so far everything has fit like I expected it to. The chart and the descriptions are very informative on top of the reviews. Since I have a larger chest for my size I size up in tops and dresses and also I check to see if those particular outfits work on woman with heavier chests in the comments. Some outfits will and some won't as well depending on the style type and support which is to be expected. And because I was able to get enough info from looking through the site, I feel confident when I order, which is awesome because I typically don't order online because I've been misled so much on what to expect from other sites. These short's material underneath the pirouette material is not tight fighting like leggings, so if you are expecting that you will be disappointed. I find them to be very comfortable and feel like I will wear these a lot. I plan on buying more pairs of these shorts in the future.

I love how comfy these shorts are but they are see through. They are nice and cool. I wear these when it's 80+ degrees out. They feel cooler to wear than the pirouette skort. I wouldn't wear these for working out though. I wear it casually, for walks, or lounging. Typically I wear it under a skirt or dress because it is see through. I only wear it by itself at home.

For the longest time, I was considering buying the pirouette skirt to use as a petticoat layer. But, wasn’t too sure about the waistband style and drawstring for this kind of layering. When these shorts came out I gasped. Perfect edition to my short dress outfits.

If you like tutu pink (warm pink), this one's for you! If you prefer bubblegum, perfect pink or pink ice (cool pinks), it might be a pass. I personally didn't like the color and sized down from my usual size. I felt it was too short in the back for me and exchanged for a size up in black. The photo is a comparison to bubblegum.

I am disappointed that the mesh on these shorts did not hold up. I have only owned them a month and maybe washed them three times. Whereas my black pirouette skort that I've owned for 6 months has held up much better quality wise.

I like the black short on me better than the pink ones. I also bought my true size and they are pretty comfortable. They feel like basketball shorts (loose and cool). But these are not your boyfriend's basketball shorts. They are light and whimsy. I love up longue in these or wear over leggings on cool spring days.

Reading the reviews here, I was disappointed to read how many people weren’t a fan of these Pirouette shorts. I’m delighted with them. I have 24 of the Pirouette skorts and adore them too. I love these for the very reason the undershorts are loose. They give me the freedom the skorts don’t. Going on my walk in them is great. I can feel the beautiful mesh fabric on my skin. So I’m a very happy guy once again. I really appreciate the support I get here for my clothing choices, both from reviewers and Popflex, so please like my reviews. I feel darling in these shorts. It's not ultra short, which I appreciate, but it's still a flirty length I feel comfortable in. The inner shorts are not form-fitting, which is unexpected, however I appreciate that. I have 2 Pirouette Skirts that I can pivot to when I want that kind of fit--but I like the looser inner short. It'll be nice not having to adjust skin-tight fabric while walking around. I am 5'6 and 165lbs, I typically wear Large with Popflex, so these fit pretty true to size. Would love to see these in more "fun" colors!

I fear the haters were right. The pirouette shorts were the most disappointing thing I've ever purchased from POPFLEX. I was so shocked I thought I got scammed.

It has none of the features we love about POPFLEX.

Things I didn't like:
-Not anti-camel toe. It has a front seam and no gusset.
-Not squat proof.
-Cheap feeling material. The fabric feels more like the "seamless underwear" type of fabric. It's not the same fabric as the pirouette skort.
-Doesn't use flat stitching.
-Poor craftsmanship.
-Raw edge hem makes it feel cheap.
-It is see-through.

Things I did like:
-Very light weight
-Same mesh material as the skort
-Pocket fits an iPhone
-The color was pretty
-This might be for you if you are just going to use this as a slip under your dress/skirt. It's very lightweight and would be good for someone who runs hot. Don't use this to workout in.

These shorts are so cute and comfortable. I love how the pockets are deep and can hold my phone and wallet! I love wearing these under a dress to make it look like a mini petticoat! The ivory color is a little see-through, but wearing a color panty close to my skin tone easily solves that! I love wearing these to be comfy at home and cute going out! You can definitely dress these up or down depending on the occasion!

Good coverage yet it's super breathable. Definitely prefer this over the skorts and booty shorts. This has been great for ballet class!
