Cloud Romper - Sand

I am absolutely obsessed with this piece. In fact, I wasn't sure I was even going to like it in the first place since it's kind of a funky design (it's very unique) and I'm not sure where I would wear it, but I thought I'd give it a try since I thought it looked so good on the models (especially in this color) and on the review pictures as well. And woah, I wasn't expecting to love it so much! I literally wanna live in in.

Now, I'm not saying it's perfect. Mainly, it has the same problem I have with my cloud hoodie (I was expecting it though), which is that the hood is too heavy, so it pulls the whole top part back which becomes uncomfortable at the neck when zipped, so it requires a lot of readjusting. Also, since I did size down to XXS-XS for my cloud hoodies (which are described as being "very oversized"), I sized down here as well (I am usually a size S), and it fits me perfectly. I definitely think this romper should be described as "very oversized" as well, not just "oversized", cause if I hadn't sized down, I think I would have been very disappointed. I just think the way the sizing is presented could be improved. However, these are my only main complaints, as there are only two other minor things I think could be improved. First, I am noticing that the strings don't have a stopper to keep their length and prevent them from going into the hood when washing the romper, as opposed to the current version of the Zip Cloud Hoodie. I don't really understand this difference and I think adding stoppers would be a great, simple addition - although I will say, the strings are VERY long (way longer than the cloud hoodie's strings) - I am not quite sure why they had to be that long, but at least it'll help a bit with not losing them in the hood when washing. But I'll probably just tie the strings when washing it. And second: the shorts, as other people have said in the reviews, are so incredibly short. The fact that they are loose doesn't help because I really feel like I'm walking around with my butt cheeks out. However, I'm slowly getting used to it and, since I'm not sure where I could wear this kind of design anywhere else than to lounge around the house anyway, I'm only planning to wear it in the house, so the shorts being so short is not a huge problem in itself. But I do wish they were a little longer, and maybe a tiny bit more fitted so that my butt would feel safer. Plus, that would at least give me the option to wear this piece outside (not sure where though ahah). What's great though is that I have a bad habit of staying in pajamas when I am at home, so this will help me get dressed for sure!

But anyways, this is very minor as I am really loving this romper, it is sooooooo comfortable, and even it I cinch it a lot at the waist, it stays super comfy, somehow! I've seen people say it doesn't stay cinched, but for me it stays in place very well and I don't or barely have to readjust the waist. I LOVE the fact that the front pockets have zippers - finally I feel like my phone is safe! And the back pockets are a nice and cute addition. I don't know what it is about this piece, but I just feel like it looks so good and so high quality once it is cinched. It's very structured, and all the little details really come together. I can't explain it, I'm just obsessed with how it looks, especially in the color I chose. Plus, I love the fact that it can also be worn uncinched if you really just want to be even more comfortable - it doesn't look that good and becomes very oversized (crotch becomes very low), but I can't lie, it's cozy af.

Apart from the hood situation and if you are only planning to wear this in the house (cause it's shoooort, unless you don't mind showing your butt obviously), I for sure recommend this romper (but size down if you don't want it to be super oversized)! So comfy!

I absolutely love this romper. It's super comfy and super well made. Love the fabric and everything about it.

Just FYI. I am usually a size 16 US so I ordered a 1x/3x but it was so large it was unwearable. But, it was super easy to exchange for a l/xl. So just be aware you might need to size down.

Very short, but perfect for work from home life. To go out in public, I will likely wear with spandex shorts underneath.

The little bungee toggles *do* get eaten by the holes if pulled too tight. There would be no love lost if we made them bigger.

So, I am not sure I would have ever purchased this if I didn't have knee surgery. But when the hospital told me that I needed a comfortable and loose fitting outfit to go home in I thought, may was well look cute as well and I have no regrets! This romper is so comfortable and easy to get on and off. I think I lived in it for a week. Now it is my go to outfit for being comfy and cozy. The zip pockets are brilliant and kept my phone safe.

This romper is so so comfy! Super soft, it definitely lives up to the name cloud. Been wearing it constantly, and gotten tons of compliments on it. Know I’m going to absolutely rot in this during shark week, so snacks beware! Also note, while it does stay cinched, the little stoppers that cinch the romper will pop into the hole that the string comes out of. Not too hard to fish out, but definitely a bit annoying. Other than that, 10/10 from me!

So happy I got myself one of these it's so comfy and stylish! I'm 5"8 and 157 lbs it's about 2-3 in past my but depending on if I cinch the waist and how much I cinch it in, but it's really comfy cozy I got a s/m and it fits me great the pockets are good the fabric is so soft. Also doesn't rise up a lot to where my but is hanging out or if I raise my arms it's going up it doesnt move. I can have the cinch lower or at my waist which ever I want which is nice. Going to be great for cold summer night or hot fall/spring days. Came all the way to Canada Selkirk so thanks so much!! Have a wish list full of stuff I am dieing to get.
