RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. If you do not select Checkout+, you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders that do not have Checkout+ will be responsible for return shipping. Directions for international returns will be located in the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any fees/customs/taxes required for delivery. International orders with Checkout + are not eligible for exchange-only returns.
Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return. All refunds are refunded to the original payment method.

I love that Popflex takes feedback into consideration into their designs - this one simply takes the cake!!! I purchased the juliet wrap skort and love how it looks, but found it a little difficult to keep tied and looking pretty while playing sports. This crisscross design is a version I can get behind - from the gym, to sports, to the Mardi Gras parade route. I looooove it with the other matching mesh pieces and it's my go-to combo for pilates! For reference, I am 5'10, 150 lbs, 29.5 in waist and I took my usual M!

5'4" 125lbs. Size small is perfect for me. This skort is absolutely adorable and I wear it for everything! The way it hangs is perfect. The pockets are perfect. It is so comfy while being so cute!
This skort in cream is an absolute dream. Actually just this skort in general but the cream 🫠 It’s flattering, comfortable, and makes me feel like a coconut marshmallow while still being functional for workouts. I reach for it constantly.
The flowy skirt gives that twirly, ballerina moment. Super comfy but still looks so put-together — I’m in love!
It’s cute! Per the size chart I should be a size xs but something told me to get xxs and this fit is perfect! If you have rectangle body shape like me the skirt falls straight unless you have hips
So disappointed! I really love the look and design of this skirt and upon initially trying it on, I thought it was really good quality but after one wear at the end of the day I noticed that the edges of the skirt had already started fraying even though all I did was go out for a walk. This skirt has so much potential but i think the quality needs to be improved.

Don’t pass this skort up. It’s amazing quality, adorable, and functional. I ordered a 2x in one color and a 3x in another thinking I’d return one. I decided to keep both since the 2x fit a little more snug giving some support but still really comfortable. The 3x is a little looser but still fits nice. Also shout out to POPFLEX for being size inclusive!
Fits like a dream and even though I’m overweight it still flattered me in my opinion. The only downside is trying to use the pockets due to the beautiful sheer layers over it. But honestly the beauty outweighs that one inconvenience:)
I LOVE this skort! It’s the perfect shade of pink and perfect for feeling like a princess! I can’t wait to wear it on vacation! The shorts underneath are THICC thigh friendly!

Ok, I NEVER leave reviews for anything. This skirt deserves 100/10 stars. Not even joking the second I put it on I said out loud “holy sh*t this is worth every penny”. The material is buttery soft, softer than sweatpants. No pinching, no uncomfortable elastic, everything is made to perfection. I get it now. I 100% support the hype. I was influenced by Cassey’s instagram page and I have absolutely no regrets. You now have a forever customer.

These skorts are my go to and I have this one the pirouette skort (in multiple colours) and the dress version and I LOVE all of them. I don’t know which is my favourite but I love the criss-cross band of this one. It’s super comfortable, it’s amazingly flattering and the material is buttery soft. I am never ever disappointed when I get a POPFLEX delivery. I’m a U.K. size 6, so my usual go to would be an XS but I do think I may prefer the fit of the XXS. It makes me FEEL great when I’m wearing it too and these skirts are my holiday go to and now my hot weather go to here as well (we’ve been having unusually hot weather in the uk)! I will say - It’s hard to get the items to the U.K. though and I was actually within the import cut off for taxes and duties (can’t be over £135) and they still charged me £52 on a £130 order… (that’s a whopping $70 in import fees). In future I’ll be splitting my orders down into much lower price points to avoid this. I’ve hit Supernova Tier now, so I get discounted international postage now anyway, and it works out cheaper to pay the postage at full price on two orders regardless of tier rather than the HUGE fees! Other than that, I adore all of my POPFLEX items. It’s all I ever wear! Just wish it was easier to get here!

I really wanted to like this skirt: it had two layers of mesh, a crisscross waistband, and came in pink! But, the short leg length is way too short: the leg openings hit my thigh right at the widest point, and ride up from there. And, the mesh in the back of the skirt began to flip up at the waistband. I thought that I could maybe exchange for a different size, but when I looked at my portal, it showed that I couldn’t return. Not as flatteringly draped as I had hoped it would be. I’m not sure what to do: stuck with a skirt that technically fits, but gets progressively unflattering throughout the day and annoying to wear. And I’m heartbroken: the pirouette and skater skirts all have such long waistbands they roll down on my short waist, while this skirt had such a perfect length in the waistband. I wish that the tutu pink color was available for this skirt like it is in the Juliette wrap skirt, as tutu pink is a true ballet pink, not bubblegum pink (only little children wear bubblegum pink in class!)

I had to cut off a small piece of the tulle. It was cut wrong, but that was the only issue with the skirt. The tulle is super stretchy and durable. I was surprised because it looks delicate. I don't know if it will hold up over time, but it looks and feel really well made. I love this skirt.
