Game Day Dress - Crimson

I love this dress. It’s comfy, warm, and stylish. However, after wearing it for the second time since purchasing this dress and washing it, the zipper is no longer zipping up properly. I followed the fabric care instructions, but not having a functioning zipper after the second wash is disappointing.

4’11” , 26” waist 38” hips, 34A bra size. Bought a S/M, fits great.

Super comfortable, thick material, warm and perfect for winter lounging. Love this.

The stitching is very tight and high quality! The fabric feels so nice and soft! The waistband is a little tight even when I brought XS but it's no big deal because it is still very stretchy, I am totally in love! Like you PAY for what you get and CASSEY DELIVERED! Thank you, Cassey 😍

I exchanged the dress from a l/Xl to a S/m because it was too much fabric at the top and perfect at the bottom as someone with hips and big thighs. The S/M doesn't give that flare anymore so its more fitted. Still keeping it cuz I genuinely love it but its too short especially with the new size to wear alone. Idk if I can get away with spanx underneath it either.

It fits pretty large and baddy around your upper body and arms, which can be a bummer. The zipper and the button could’ve been better, considering its price. The paint came off after a single wash in a laundry bag, and I always use the gentle cycle mode.

But overall I like it, the fabric is thick and soft, very cozy.

I love this dress! Purchased Game Day Green, size L/XL. I am 5'4", 42DD, usually size 16/18 in clothes. The hood is big and cozy with long hood strings. The sleeves are oversized but not too big and the wrists are not tight at all. The zipper is long so you can put the dress on over head or feet first. The waistband is flattering, and the pockets are a good size. The petal detail to the skirt is really cute. The dark green color is beautiful. Overall I love this dress for cold days or lounging at home.

Experience: This game day dress is one of my favorite winter outfits! It’s perfect for sporting events and holiday park outings. I styled it with leggings and boots, and I definitely recommend wearing leggings underneath because of the shorter length.

I fell absolutely in LOVE with this one. I have it in crimson and in black. I'm 5'4, 62kg about 135lb. I always wear them with leggings, I think a dress is a generous name for something this short, (it rides up too) . That being said, I planned on wearing it as a pretty hoodie, and that's exactly what I got! I've ordered the red one in Dec 2023, leaving this review Nov 2024. It looks like new! Lost a bit of the softness, but it holds the shape and zero wear and tear signs. Black one I ordered a month ago, it feels however that the material is slightly thinner on the black, and slightlyyyy more probe to wrinkliness, quality seems to be the same still. I would say my genuine rating is 4.5 because to wear this as a dress is impossible, and slight inconsistency in material amongst colours. However giving five because it looks the SAME after a year of wear and (albeit gentle) washing and drying cycles. Lots of love on this one, my favourite item from Popflex ❤️❤️❤️

According to the size chart I should have ordered the largest size, but after reading all the reviews I got the L, and it’s still too big. I should have ordered an M because the waist and skirt would be smaller. I’m confused at the height of the “waist”. I have a long torso and I can’t wear the waist under my boobs or down at my hips. Both look silly. I can’t exchange it because it was in the outlet so I guess it’s just going to be home wear that makes me look like an egg. Also the color beige is almost gray which doesn’t really go with my complexion compared to khaki or beige. I am 5’8” and weigh 220 lbs. You can see from the picture how it does weirdness to the torso and the skirt is way too big. I really want to give this more stars!

First major issue pockets are very small, my phone won't even stay in it. PLEASE MAKE TALL SIZES AN OPTION I'm 5'6" I'm not even that tall, but everything is so short from this company unless it's plus size and I'm not quite plus size. The top part of this is so frumpy and unflattering, it's way too big but as you can tell from the photos, it's making me look way bigger on top and that's a L/XL I would have gotten a size down but I knew it was going to be short like this is just a long hoodie with a kind of cinched waist, but that concept is ruined due to how massive the top part is. If I wasn't wearing leggings, my bum would definitely show. I can't wear anything with shorts from this company id never even attempt the romper version of this item, unless you're plus size it's too short I believe there is a 3 inch difference between the XL and 1x in length I mean it's a BIG difference in the length so if you're not plus size everything from this company will be very short.

Other reviews are true, I ordered it in same size that I ordered cloud hoodies (L/XL) but it looked way too big and bulky on me, they were happy to send me a smaller size (S/M) which fit much better at the to and bottom, but it's way shorter, so it can be worn as hoodie and not a dress. I was looking for something to wear over jeans or leggings so it works for me. I actually wish there were regular sizes, like L, M so it's easier to navigate what to get. I originally got the game dress in S/M but unfortunately didn't like how big it was on me, I have short arms and the sleeves looked ridiculous on me haha. I usually wear sizes S and M for most clothes. So I returned the dress and got it in XXS/XS. It fits muuuuch better, the top half especially. Only reason I'm giving this 4 stars and not 5 is because the bottom is tight and I wish there were inbetween sizes, or more variety in the sizes for this particular item. Then it would have been perfect! I really like the overall design and it's so comfy. Only thing is I have to wear shorts or leggings since it rides up when sitting down, another reason why I can't give it a full 5 stars. Defo will be wearing this when I want to look cute yet casual going places, more so than a comfy outfit at home :)

Reviewing for any gals who have a body type like mine - petite, but have a bit of a mom tummy that has never fully gone away after three c-sections. :) I am 5'3"/115 lbs with 34/27/36 measurements. I sized down to an XXS/XS based on other reviews.

The reviews were correct that the top runs on the large side (which I like, so cozy!) but the bottom was snug and highlighted my stomach in a way I didn't love for a loungewear piece. It wasn't terrible, I just kind of felt like I could do better? Really loved the fabric and idea though so I exchanged for the romper in hopes that would be a touch more forgiving around the midsection.

I love popflex items, but this dress is just not it. I am a size small and I got a S/M thinking it would be like the cloud hoodie I got a few months back size but the hoodie part of the dress was very off and it just wasn’t giving shape, instead I looked like a block of cheese with no shape. The color also was off, in the photo the hazel is lighter than it is in real life. In real life it’s a dark brownish green color and it didn’t not really look nice. I recommend popflex shorts and dress, those are amazing but just don’t get this dress.

this will be useful for phy ed during cold seasons next year. I would have preferred the waistline was adjustable. my measurements are 34-22-34, and I need to pull up the waistline to sit on my hips so it doesn't look like a paperbag! besides being hot, this dress is mighty comfortable.
