HOLIDAY RETURNS: For purchases from November 1 to December 3, we will extend the return window to 60 days. All orders between December 4-10 will have a 45-day return window, and any order placed after December 10 will have our original return/exchange policy deadline of 30 days.
RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. If you do not select Checkout+, you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders that do not have Checkout+ can purchase return labels inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. International orders with Checkout + are not eligible for exchange-only returns.

Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store. An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. I didn't initially intend to buy these when I came here to order shorts and a super tee 😆 I bought the super cute (and insanely comfy) white lounge shorts because I'm a sucker for a discount, but I usually NEVER buy white, as it doesn't go with my Mom uniform 🧹🧽😜🐕👶🏻 I was so excited to try the shorts, though (and YAS they're so worth every penny! 🤍), so when I read the product description, I was deeply appreciative that Popflex was transparent (pun intended lol) about the white shorts being seen through, and nude undies would be a must. I don't own any white panties! I have three pairs of Kmart nude briefs, but the elastic is thick and tight and makes terrible panty lines under my shorts and leggings. Because of the honest marketing of the shorts, I knew it was a sign to splurge on the 3 for $30 deal and finally buy some of the Popflex undies I've been super curious about since their launch! I have no regrets! I loved them from the moment I opened them upon delivery, and now that I've washed and worn them, I'm even more over the moon than before! It's seriously the closest you can get to literally wearing nothing, exactly as advertised. The waistband and leg holes are excellent, no constricting whatsoever, and the silky smooth soft fabric is exceptional. I'm obsessed! I'm wearing them with my white shorts right now, and while you can see a faint outline of the underwear because of how delicate and thin the shorts are, but it was insanely bad wedgie and pantyline action when I tried the shorts with my Kmart underwear! The comparison was unbelievable. Popflex panties are 100% legit and worth the money. I recommend sizing down one size if you want a more snug fit, because these are a delightfully relaxed fit. I bought a L, as I'm usually a M or a L depending on the fabric and garment type, so I wasnt sure which to pick when first buying these. The L is a little bit loose, but they definitely don't sag or fall off, just shift around a tiny bit. No wedgies yet, tho! Next time I'm getting a M, especially if Rose Beige is still stocked. That color went brilliantly with the white shorts! I also bought the same brief style in Cappuccino and Tuscany, but I haven't tried cappuccino with the white shorts yet. Tuscany seems to work very well, tho! I'm definitely coming back for three more pairs of these the next time I order if my size is still available, I honestly don't want to buy anymore underwear from any place else, these have seriously raised the bar and set a new standard for me. I love my new underwear, thank you, Cassey!!!! Can't wait to see more colors and patterns in the future. I missed out on Cherry Bomb and Pinky Promise, but I'm eagerly hoping for new undies to release in Pine, Digital Lavender, and Dusty Mauve 😍 Oh, and side note, thank you also for another adorable Sir George sticker! I low-key collect them, and I'm always so happy to find him hiding amongst my order. Such a dapper lil gentleman, look at him in his cute cowboy hat! 🤗😚 As always, I adore the little details in the thoughtful packaging, and I appreciate the effort to be sustainable!

My favourite pair of panties.
I love how comfortable the next to nothing briefs are, the material and fit just make it so smooth and easy to wear. No need to adjust (if you know what I mean), no sliding, no creasing. Fits a bit bigger (writing this as a European), but I like it like that.
This is everything I want for a pair of underwear I work out in. 10/10, replacing all my undies with these.

out of all of my popflex purchases.. These panties are the one thing I don't like. I thought the wide gusset and the brand's usual fit would be dreamy and comfortable but the panties feel too loose for my fit and the fabric on the back bunches up where you don't want it to. If the front fits, the back feels too loose and prone to bunching, if the back fits the front doesnt. I really wish it was possible to return these but due to the nature of the product I know I cant. sad to have spent $14 on a pair of panties I can't stand.
I got these in cappuccino to wear under my linen shorts and pants. They’re super comfortable and true to size.
Comfy and no lines
these are just okay! i was excited to have a comfy pair of undies to wear for whatever (i bought 3 pairs) but i find that they’re just too thin to wear under tight, thicker fabric. i have been mostly using these as sleeping undies because i find that if you have even a little bit of a tummy, they roll right down! i don’t regret buying them but i won’t be buying more, unfortunately.

These are the best panties I've had in years. Other reviews say they run big, but I think if you've got a booty (which I do), they run tts. Amazingly, they don't ride up, even under a skirt. I have several pairs already with more sure to come.
The feel and quality is amazing. Loved all the other types offered and wanted some variety. Can size down since these are very stretchy.

This will now be my go to underwear. They are incredibly silky soft to touch, though; while I am wearing them, it’s as if I am wearing nothing. They are the stretchiest underwear I have ever seen and I feel you could not go wrong with choosing your “true to size” fit. With this being said, I like my underwear to be a comfortable fit, nothing too tight or loose. I typically wear a size M (6-8) in pants, but like to go with an L in underwear. They are the perfect fit for me.

I love the smooth fabric. It's nice on the skin. My only gross are that the look like granny panties on my petite torso. I would like if they're was a bikini version with more butt coverage than the cheeky panties that are avaliable.
These are SO lightweight like actually feel like nothing!! I love them my only thing is they aren’t exactly seamless and that is a con.
