HOLIDAY RETURNS: For purchases from November 1 to December 3, we will extend the return window to 60 days. All orders between December 4-10 will have a 45-day return window, and any order placed after December 10 will have our original return/exchange policy deadline of 30 days.
RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. If you do not select Checkout+, you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label.Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. EXCHANGES: Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase. If you opt out of Checkout+ we offer two complimentary U.S. even exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Should you need more than two even exchanges you can purchase a label inside the portal. To be eligible for exchange all items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store. An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or color of the same item, you will be credited for the amount paid and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit. If there is a price difference you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.
International orders are not eligible for exchange we are only able to accept returns from customers shopping outside of the U.S.

I love POPFLEX but I tend to pick the same colors/styles so I was super excited to receive items that I would not normally pick out for myself, all at a great price! I loved every item in my bag - even the cloud romper which I preciously considered a hard pass! I especially loved the lavender flares - I’m a basic black girly so these were a big pop of color that I never thought I could pull off. Looking forward to the next round of Mystery Bags!
I was bummed out having missed the first drop of there, so I'm glad I got to grab one this time around. I ended up with 9 items; leggings with sheer shorts, capris, wide leg pants, black halter jumpsuit, blue jumpsuit, tank top bra, pirouette skirt, and a bathing suit top and bottom. Size Large. I appreciated that most were neutral colors, and it gave me the chance to try things I've held off buying before. I don't know if I would order this again, but that's the risk with mystery bags!
I’m actually a little sad after reading everyone else’s reviews. My box had five items. Three of them were really cute. One of them was a hoodie that was a size too big and it’s absolutely massive on me, and the fifth item was a random bathing suit bottom. I feel like everyone else is talking about getting like eight items so I am a little bummed out.
Got a great variety of things!! Ended up with 4 shorts/skorts, 2 bras, 2 shirts, one jacket and a romper. Can’t beat the price!

There were only 2 items that didn’t work out. One because I already have it in same color. So I’m giving it to my sister. The other is that I wish I could have selected hem length. I’m a 32” and the one I was sent was a 28” I think. So with future mystery bags it’d be nice to be able to choose that with your size.
Admittedly I love Popflex and have quite the collection of stuff that I've accumulated over time. Normally I am all for color. That being said I had a full black mystery bag. If you are prepared for zero control in what comes your way, this is a fun way to see what else you might like. In total, I received 8 Popflex items (no blogilates in my order). 4 leggings, in various lengths, which if I was keeping them all might have been a problem (lucky for me my friends are all different heights). I got a pirouette skort and a Juliette wrap skort, both of which I do love and have in other colors. A cropped long sleeve top and one of the Go With the Flow one piece, neither of which I would ordinarily pick, but I have been curious about trying. I'm really happy with this mystery bag, and would seriously consider it again at a later date. If you're someone who doesn't enjoy having no control on items, then this is not gonna be the purchase for you. For me, this was an amazing deal!!
I’m in love with the cloud romper I got! The mock neck is perfect! I got two work out tops, a long sleeve, biker shorts and a skirt! Muted colors for my bag. Absolutely a killer deal and will buy again if they do it again! ❤️
I loved opening this up so much! I was also surprised by how much was in it - 2 rompers, 2 pairs of leggings, a top, a pirouette skirt, and a cloud hoodie! It was perfect and I can’t wait to wear all of my new items!
Wow. Got some stuff I definitely was too scared to try out. Exactly the colors I would have chosen except for the green flower bra, but still very cute. Crop top, pirouette skirt, sweater onesie, soft pajama shorts, midi shorts, & sports bra. Hope I can catch the next go around. Such a fun thing to try.
I know it’s a mystery, so you never know what you’re going to get (and that’s part of the fun). However, I was honestly a little disappointed in the items I got. Everything was black, no variety of colors. 2 sports bras, a pair of leggings, a pair of leggings with a skirt attached, 2 skorts, 1 pair of shorts, and a 2 piece bathing suit. And my favorite item (the plain black leggings) were not the size I selected for my mystery bag.

This was totally worth waiting for. I got so many things, even stuff that wasn't in my radar, including two new bras! Please do another one of these in the future! It would be nice if we could also mention our inseam length but overall I'm OK with my stuff being slightly long. 8 new pieces! Really great deal! Now I just have to find room in my closet that is already 1/4 full of Popflex. 😉
I believe I ended up with four Popflex items and five Blogilates items. Everything fit okay but I didn’t like the Blogilates stuff. I would buy this again, it was a fun surprise and I like what I got!
