Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Without Checkout+, you can purchase a return label inside the portal. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return. All refunds are refunded to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
If you're in the U.S and have Checkout+, you are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve your perfect fit, as long as all exchanges are done within 30 days of purchase. If you opt out of Checkout+ we offer two complimentary U.S. even exchanges within 30 days of purchase. I have loved these planners since the first debut. Wish they were a lighter weight and less expensive. Often coworkers pass it around in awa of how much info I am able to keep track of with using my phone with constant reminder notification sounds throw out my shift. I often have coworkers passing my planning around giving comment son how it's so detailed and compact. Can't wait for the 2027 planner.
