HOLIDAY RETURNS: For purchases from November 1 to December 3, we will extend the return window to 60 days. All orders between December 4-10 will have a 45-day return window, and any order placed after December 10 will have our original return/exchange policy deadline of 30 days.

Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store. An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. I wear a 1X often (sooooometimes XL) in Popflex. The M/L cloud bomber fits me perfectly and I’m so glad I took a chance sizing down. That’s a pretty crazy difference.
I do love the feel the pockets and everything. I’m just obligated to take a star off because of the crazy sizing.

I absolutely LOVE my bomber jacket but right when I opened it out of the bag and unbuttoned the lower button, it broke off!!! I am super bummed about it but I will still keep it and make due with it. I also ordered XXS/XS based on my height and weight and it's a bit short. For reference, I'm 5'2 120lbs.

So I really love this jacket! It’s warm and comfy. However after one wash the clipping button is ripped through and now I cannot button the bottom side of the jacket anymore. :(

I absolutely love this jacket and got it in black and denim blue. However, after like 2 weeks of wearing it to the gym in the morning I noticed the bottom snap piece came off and stuck to the top snap. This jacket was too expensive to have snaps that aren’t securely attached.

I was excited for this jacket. So cute and comfy but upon wearing it for the first time and trying it on close and open and closing again, the snap button won’t snap back on anymore! The button came off! Now I have to figure out how to set/fix the snap button in place.

Love the taupe color - has the cropped trench coat feel but much softer and warmer! I snatched them as soon as they were available! Bought in 2 colors, oversized so don’t size up

I LOVE!!! As a tall woman, it is really hard to find jackets and long sleeves that actually fit my long arms, not only do these fit my long arms, BUT they are long enough for me to even put my thumbs through the thumb holes and it still fit comfortably! Did I also mention it is SOFT!! #tryoncrew

Super warm and comfy. Bought it on sale in summer so i can start winter with a bang. Love the pockets tjere is no need to bring a bag with you whwn you go out
I have this in L/XL in Forest Green and love it but felt it just a little too big. After a couple months I got the M/L in Taupe. LOVE both, but depending on my fit and where I'm going I wear one vs the other.
Very cute. I just wish they had a kangaroo front or side pocket slot like hoodies have. Each time I wear it I subconsciously move my hand there to find there’s no opening on the sides
Love the jacket, ordered a larger size. Almost too big, I’ll keep it for an oversize look.
Not a huge fan of this jacket...The material is more of a sweater material, not a "jacket," and not as thick as I was expecting. The pockets are awkwardly placed, and you can't put your hands in them. The sleeves are too billowy. I wish I got the corset jacket I was eyeing instead. Still, I didn't return because it might grow on me. I liked the color.
I absolutely love this jacket! It’s my newest favorite jacket that I got from Popflex! It’s fits so well and looks super cute and sporty at the same time. I got this during the heat of summer so wasn’t able to wear it out just yet but once fall and winter is near I’ll be ready for it!

Bought the wrong size apperently. Im a M/L so i bought the M/L but its way too baggy it fits like an L/XL. I understand the styles baggy but i really feel like the sizings mislabeled or something.
