Cloud Shruggie - Black

When I bought it I was unsure whether i was going to like it as it’s not my usual style ,but considering i got it like three weeks ago and have it on basically everyday it wasn’t a problem. I love the material and the way it looks with my Tanks & Sportbras.

Hello everyone! I have a few Popflex items and have loved all of them! However when I received the shruggie, it was quite the disappointment. I was really hoping to love them like the rest of the items however the drawstring was missing a piece. Everything else about it though was great! It’s really comfortable imo. I would say the hood is also slightly on the heavier side because the whole thing tends to slide towards the back.

This shrug is so flattering and the sleeves looks so good! 😊 it goes with everything!

So it took me a long time to break down and finally make a purchase because any of these items is a splurg buy for me. I purchased the shruggie in seashell and vintage blue hoping to get good use out of them since I always go to grab a cropped hoodie. I washed both of the hoodies together as directed on the gentle cycle and the drawstrings are already ripping on all 4 strings where the cord stop is on the string. So upset when I noticed it and slightly embarassed because I was so excited to wear them and thought I had made a good purchase . Don't know how I could have washed them any better without just using my hands and a wash tub, honestly prepping myself to just accept that I will lose the drawstrings in the next couple washes. Also feel like the pleated sleeve elevated this product and made it look classy now just looks like a basic guys hoodie and feels like a shortcut in the production of product. All the descriptions and videos should really be updated to the new no pleat instead of it changing depending on color.
Overall the material of the actual hoodie is nice and I can feel a difference between that and other hoodies but I feel like that is really the only difference between some other brands that I own between the hood and now no pleated sleeve and drawstrings.

I love the puffy sleeves, but no matter what I do, the horrible little triangle in the middle of the sleeve keeps jutting out, which is super disappointing. Also after wearing it 3 times, the cuffs already start pilling :/
I do love the Material, as a curvy girl this is the only cozy sweater on popflex I can properly wear. I already ordered the black one and am waiting on a white heather restock (or any new colour ;) )I'd love to see a crop sewater ending at the waist, it'd be just peeerfect!

As another review mentioned, some Shruggies are missing the pleated bishop sleeves. I noticed this with my gray Shruggie (size XXS/XS). I reached out and POPFLEX confirmed this was intentional and the Cloud Shruggie was redesigned to match the fit of the cloud hoodie.

I actually love the concept of a shrug hoodie; as someone who needs layers all the time, I could see myself using it. So cute, and the fabric is even softer than my OG cloud hoodie.

With that said, I'm not completely sold on the fit. The pleats are gone, and now there's this pointy edge where the drop sleeve is too structured-- it sticks out in a way that isn't very flattering. Also the hood is pretty heavy because it's lined, causing it to constrict my neck ever so slightly. The Cloud Hoodie has the same issue.

I ended up reselling this. I deliberated too long about whether to keep it, and Popflex unfortunately doesn't accept exchanges after 30 days even though it was not as advertised (the heather gray still says it features "pleated bishop sleeves").
