I absolutely love popflex clothes. I was waiting to order the shruggie for a while. I finally received it and though it’s cute the sleeves jut out on the sides. I would buy more colors if you went back to the original design. Please consider it. Thanks

soft fabric, amazing sizing, and a SUPER cute fit! I absolutely LOVE IT and I just want to wear this everywhere. It's so hard to express how in love I am with the fabric, I was so pleasantly surprised! This was my very first order along with the Low-rise shorts, and I love them both. Expectations have been exceeded, 11/10

I just received my shruggie in L/XL in white Heather- I was worried after recent reviews that it wouldn’t have the pleated sleeves but was pleasantly surprised that it came as the old design with pleats. I love the fit but sadly won’t be buying more without the pleated sleeves- I much prefer that look over the redesign to be honest!

This shruggie has been on my daughter's wish list for a little while. She loves it. As a person who is a warm body, this is great for wanting a hoodie but the days it is too warm for it. Impressed with the quality. Definitely wanting to purchase more clothing from Popflex. This only issue we had was as a Canadian buyer the shipping was confused. One tracker link told me it was delivered and another told me everyday for a week it was arriving the next day. Customer service was very quick and friendly. The shipping won't stop me from ordering again but if there is a way to make it less confusing it would definitely improve the experience.

As another review mentioned, some Shruggies are missing the pleated bishop sleeves. I noticed this with my gray Shruggie (size XXS/XS). I reached out on insta, and POPFLEX confirmed this was intentional and the Cloud Shruggie was redesigned to match the fit of the cloud hoodie.
I actually love the concept of a shrug hoodie; as someone who needs layers all the time, I could see myself using it. So cute, and the fabric is even softer than my OG cloud hoodie.
With that said, I'm not completely sold on the fit. The pleats are gone, and now there's this pointy edge where the drop sleeve is too structured-- it sticks out in a way that isn't very flattering. Also the hood is pretty heavy because it's lined, causing it to constrict my neck ever so slightly. The Cloud Hoodie has the same issue.
Considering the price (it's a shrug that costs $5 less than a full hoodie), I might return unfortunately. I really wanted to love it!

I love how fun this shruggy is and how regal it looks. It's quite warm for what it is and it's a perfect (and quick) Lil jacket.
