I like this planner since I get to fill in everything and have plenty of space left, meaning it’s nicer to read through it. I can write out a bunch of foods on my grocery list, add in details to the space where I sign in my workout days, and have important parts highlighted, like the macros or water tracker. It’s not heavy at all and the cover is good quality. My favorite thing about is the graphing space for your weight. I feel like it reminds me of my weight gain goals which keeps me motivated.
This journal helped me jump start my health wellness journey. There are so many tips and tricks that are useful. It’s a great tool to have on hand
