RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. So I love this hoodie, I'm on the waitlist for the black to have another color. I did have to return the original to size down. Writing the review to formally request more colors!!! Maybe a Mint green or an Oatmeal?? 🥰 Possibility?

I love love love this hoodie! I get a compliment every time I wear it. It’s going to be perfect for spring and early fall. I got a 1x/2x but I am pretty sure I could have gotten away with the xl/large. My only small critique would be I wish the sides of the pocket were higher. I have had my phone fall out but in all fairness no one told me to put it there.also love that the sleeves seem less baggy than my cloud hoodie. Just a great purchase. Highly recommend

Comfortable and great quality hoodie. The material inside is more like terry than felted, making it softer and more comfortable. The thumb holes are a nice touch. The pocket is roomy and can fit my phone comfortably. The hood is feminine and princess shaped. The length is flattering and still looks feminine.
