I would like it to be a tiny bit bigger because it’s hard to write in at times.
I don’t find all of the workout charts and weight charts totally necessary since it’s also tracked on the individual days.
I also thought there would be more space to write out notes/thoughts, like a daily gratitude list or something.
All in all, I do really like it and it’s helping me keep track of my meals and workouts.
I love to keep track of things. And this journal being re-released in perfect time with the 90 day meal plan couldn’t have been better. It’s extremely detailed and set up for success. I mean seriously you will be able to learn so much about yourself because Cassey thought of everything!
