Exactly what I wanted

When I started my journey about 8 weeks ago, I was not in the best mindset and this became my solution. Writing everything down keeps me accountable and more importantly allows me to have small achievements every day. The journal is so cute and allows me to log EVERYTHING. I love it!

I bought this and the 90 day meal plan. I’m trying to get healthier after having my son 8 months ago. I’m on week three and this journal has been a great help to me! The first week I didn’t change anything I just wrote everything I ate in it and wow, you don’t realize what you’re eating until you see it on paper! I started the meal plan the second week and it along with the journal has been amazing!! If I could change one thing I would add one full page or at least a half page to actually journal my feelings and such for each day. But that’s small and honestly I’m about to buy another to just have for the future! I highly suggest the meal plan as well.
