as a petite girl I usually get xxs/xs in Popflex activewear. My first order of swimwear was the crisscross swim bottoms in xxs and the ring Beach day Bandeau in xxs as well. the top fit but the bottoms pinched. I recived the exchange today with xs bottoms wich fit, and for the top I wanted to exchange it for one without the ring because I couldn't lie on my front with it. I got the Island Breeze bikini top and i could barely get it on! The band was sooo small and don't even get me started on the coverage. I could barely tie it in the front to make the cups meet, and when I did it covered NOTHING I felt so insecure in it Please for the love of all things holy SIZE UP especially if you are in between sizes! I am going to exchange my swim order once again for a size up in the top and try the plain bikini instead because as a short torso girl the frills were making me look 2 feet tall, it was bad. Good luck out there and size up. ':D
So flattering and comfortable. Really enhances cleavage even as a B cup it made me look full and lots oh compliments.
Love the top!! The charms are so cute!! Love the design at the bottom and makes it so unique! One thing to note is that the frills will stick to your body when you get out and it’s a little cold haha but that’s not a fault of the suit!

For someone who hasn't worn bikinis in years this felt like a really subtle flattering way to get some extra coverage that doesnt look like a tankini.
Unfortunately coverage and support is a little iffy but thats pretty much the case with any string style bikini.
Since I usually size up in bottoms or size down in tops I thought going with an M was going to be no issue, but that was NOT the move lol. The L gave me the kind of fit I was looking for that was on the models. Its such a subtle size difference when they are side by side but it made enough of a difference.
The M didnt APPEAR to be as poor coverage as it was due to the frill at the bottom but there was for sure underboob and didnt gather nicely around the front.
I did try the sea maiden top too in a M to see if it was just a style issue and not only did I have similar issues with that one too (confirming L is the correct top size for me) but I still ended up loving this style more on me.
Reversability: you CAN wear it but it was definitely not meant to be worn that way. That being said the tells are so small that the average person probably would never be able to notice, only someone really close looking at it
Can't wait to test it at the pool when I go on vacation in a couple weeks!

I love this top. I wore it today for the first time. I received so many compliments and it makes me feel so good in it. I am rating it 3 stars because when I put it on the gold POPFLEX came off. Not a big deal. However I got home from the beach and it’s fraying inside already. This is the most expensive bathing suit I have ever purchased. I thought it would have the same quality as the rest of the POPFLEX lines. I live by your leggings. I am so sad about the bathing suit and worried about if it will even make it through the season.
This top is so feminine! I love the ties in front and the little seashells.
This is my favorite top this year. I love all the thought that was put into this from the seashell details, to tying in the front which is more comfy and the frills on the bottom which provide modesty and sun coverage. Similar to the bikini, I think you could size up 1 size for more coverage since it’s adjustable in front.
The only thing is the stitching falls a little weird on one side… especially on the yellow one. i think it’s probably my knot, but it could also be the fabric since the patterned one doesnt do that as much
I am a medium in most popflex tops and medium fit me well. 5’6” 120lbs
This top is soooo pretty and fits pretty well, definitely true to size. I mean, it'd be hard for it not to fit since the ridcage and neck strings are both adjustable, which is great. I love the pattern and I think it is well designed, super cute. I'm actually obsessed with the little metal shell details and I kinda wish I hadn't bought some (especially in black since black is back every year) swimsuits in the last 2 years so I would have had this detail lol, but it's fine. Quality is good, equivalent to previous years. The material is soft and comfortable. Overall, I really like this bikini top! It offers a bit more coverage and makes you slightly more comfortable if you're not usually super comfortable with triangle bikini tops, but it's still not a tankini. Obviously, it's still a triangle bikini, so you can't expect much support. With high waisted bottoms, the coverage is actually pretty good and almost total.
Howeveeeeer, I do feel like there could have been a little more fabric on the boobs area. Luckily, my boobs aren't huge, but I would have felt more comfortable with a bit more material. I definitely think sizing up would be needed if you have really large breasts - the rest of the top being adjustable with the strings, it should still fit you, but you'd have more coverage. But for me, it's not that bothersome.
The only thing that worries me a bit for when I'll wear it out is that, I like the 2 triangles to be closer together at the front for more coverage and security, but it really feels like they will separate over time, they don't really seem to want to stay close together because the ruffled fabric kind of pulls them back. So I'm not sure how wearable it will be, I don't wanna flash and even if I don't, I'm not comfortable if the triangles are super far apart. It doesn't feel super secure. I guess I'll see when I wear it out.
But overall it's a very nice top, so far I wouldn't dock a point for these minor things. I really like it. I would totally recommend it, but size up if you have large breasts or even if you just want more coverage.
4.5. Great top. Adorable details! Super comfortable and great quality. I love the back ruffle band and the softness of the fabric. Taking off half a star, because I wish The triangle was just a tag bit bigger. All in all looks great, Especially on a more muscular frame. Fits true to size. I am a 36D and ordered a large.
It’s really hard to find tops that I find flattering for my body type. I’m short (5ft), muscular, and small chested. I love this suit on me and the way it makes my shape look.
This swimsuit is SO CUTE!! It is my new fav AND it’s very comfortable! The only thing is if you want more of ur skin to be covered, I would maybe size up especially if you’re usually in between 2 sizes. I bought a small in the coral coast color, im usually inbetween a small and a medium, for reference I am 5’3” and 120lbs (and pretty flat lol). I had to pull the string pretty tight for the top to meet in the middle (bc I wanted to cover more) but it still works great!

I wear a 34D and sometimes tops don't fit right, feel good, or look right. The adjustable ties were so helpful with this top. It's super comfortable. I feel SO CUTE.
I've been wearing this bikini top with the matching sarong bottom all summer and loving it! I've dealt with body image issues throughout my life and it's been a little therapeutic to wear this bikini all summer so far! I've even gotten a few compliments in it!
