DELIVERY TIME: Please allow 5-8 days for delivery of your order if in the U.S. Please allow 2-4 weeks for international orders to arrive, depending on each country's customs inspection and postal delivery practices.
HOLIDAY RETURNS: For purchases from November 1 to December 3, we will extend the return window to 60 days. All orders between December 4-10 will have a 45-day return window, and any order placed after December 10 will have our original return/exchange policy deadline of 30 days.
RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. If you do not select Checkout+, you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders that do not have Checkout+ can purchase return labels inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. International orders with Checkout + are not eligible for exchange-only returns.
Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return. All refunds are refunded to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES: Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase. If you opt out of Checkout+ we offer two complimentary U.S. even exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Should you need more than two even exchanges you can purchase a label inside the portal. Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store. An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or color of the same item, you will be credited for the amount paid and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit. If there is a price difference, you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.

I love this hat. I am a hat girlie, do my hair? NO! Hat? Yes. This hat?? YES YES. I have wild curly hair and a huge head so its really hard to find a hat that fits right. When I saw it had a large size I bought it without a second thought. This is my new every day hat and gym hat. The sweat band works so well that all my gym friends are getting one for the holidays. I love this hat yall.
Size S-M a little bit large for me, my size 21.3 in. Stretch rubber band too long for me approximately 1.7 in.

I've known a long time I have a big head, just didn't think it was misshapen too haha. Got it in the bigger size and it does not work on my head unfortunately, it looks so bad on me I would give it 1 stars but since it technically does do what it says regarding the ponytail and might work on other heads I feel merciful and give it 2. I doubt I'll be able to use it much since it kinda slides off my forehead if I don't pull it down properly, which I don't like doing cause it's uncomfortable. I tried adjusting it in the back but that did nothing. All in all I sighed a big sigh.
Love this hat; the design, the fit, Popflex thought of everything. Will be my go-to hat from now on.
Bought a (S/M). I like the color and the style of the hat. But unfortunately it's still a bit too big.. and I cant put it smaller in the back :(
I definitely messed up getting this one instead of the structured one 😭- it feels shapeless, wrinkly on the side, I have crimson and blue which I love 😍 and was waiting like crazy to get the black and now is here but the quality didn’t seem like POPFLEX usually is like, I don’t understand what happened 😟

I’ve bought the hat with the bow which didn’t fit properly and while this one fits better it doesn’t cover the hair near my ears right which makes some of it stick out. I can use bobby pins to tuck the rest in but at least with a high pony tail it looks cute!

Absolutely love this hat! It’s so nice to have a high ponytail and still be able to wear a hat. I didn’t realize how hand that would be for driving (now a lower ponytail isn’t hitting the seat). Also works well for taking a run, it stays in place. I hope more colors come in and white gets restocked!

Maybe I have a lot of hair, but I cant get this to sit on my head correctly. Maybe my head is big? haha. I have locs so my hair may be a bit too much for this. I gave this to a friend and she loves it!

I really do love this hat and I really tried wearing it. It does fit around my head perfectly but it does not fit the depth of my head. It keeps coming off and does not sit correctly on my noggin. It is too small for my entire head but perfect the measurement around my head.

I have thick hair, and when I put it in a ponytail through a regular hat, it inevitably droops within fifteen minutes and gets all messy. With this hat I can get the high ponytail look I want! Finally :D
Love this for hiking! You can comfortably wear a hat while having your hair up. Great for the long hair girlies.
