U.S. returns will have a $5.95 return fee applied that covers the cost of shipping your return back, as we will be providing the shipping label. Your initial shipping charges will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items you're returning will be refunded. For International returns, you are responsible for any shipping charges spent to mail your return back.

I really love this hat! I find myself reaching for it more than any of my other caps. The ponytail opening is a game changer for those of us who like to wear our hair up high, and the shape is super practical—my sunglasses fit perfectly underneath without the brim getting in the way or pressing against the frames. Definitely recommend!

I bought this one because it has an adjustable back (that isn’t Velcro) but the sliding adjustment is made so it doesn’t go any smaller than 21” despite the size guide.

I definitely messed up getting this one instead of the structured one 😭- it feels shapeless, wrinkly on the side, I have crimson and blue which I love 😍 and was waiting like crazy to get the black and now is here but the quality didn’t seem like POPFLEX usually is like, I don’t understand what happened 😟

The sweatband is an awesome feature. I wish the adjusting band could adjust more than it does. I honestly thought that I was wrong for buying the small/medium because I thought my head would be too big for it. It is just slightly too big. A bit disappointed because I was excited to use them for an upcoming vacation.
