DELIVERY TIME: Please allow 5-8 days for delivery of your order if in the U.S. Please allow 2-4 weeks for international orders to arrive, depending on each country's customs inspection and postal delivery practices.
HOLIDAY RETURNS: For purchases from November 1 to December 3, we will extend the return window to 60 days. All orders between December 4-10 will have a 45-day return window, and any order placed after December 10 will have our original return/exchange policy deadline of 30 days.
RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. If you do not select Checkout+, you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders that do not have Checkout+ can purchase return labels inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. International orders with Checkout + are not eligible for exchange-only returns.
Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return. All refunds are refunded to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES: Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase. If you opt out of Checkout+ we offer two complimentary U.S. even exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Should you need more than two even exchanges you can purchase a label inside the portal. To be eligible for exchange all items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store. An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or color of the same item, you will be credited for the amount paid and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit. If there is a price difference, you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.
International orders are not eligible for exchange; we are only able to accept returns from customers shopping outside of the U.S.

I really like them a lot, they’re comfortable and fit so nicely. But I was just disappointed with the quality at first glance right out of the packaging, maybe something to do with the stitching of material because fabric is just hanging off

I want to love these BUT there are a few things in the way. First, after the FIRST wear one of my pairs was already ripped. I am very disappointed because usually popflex is very high quality. Second, I feel like the thong back is a little thick and not quite long enough, I wish the back cut was just a little higher. That being said they feel so light and airy and comfy, they really stretch to fit you quite nicely. They also did not move around to much when I was running!

I have a couple pairs and they’re super comfy and lightweight. You may be able to size down. I got mine in my typical size which is fine for wearing pants and leggings but feels a little loose if I’m wearing a skirt without biker shorts

Very comfortable, love the larger coverage "down there" esp for a thong. Would size down, my usual Popflex size felt a bit granny but the smaller size is perfect especially with the super stretchiness of the material.

Cute print. Soft fabric. Love the rise. In general, all the panties have a very large gussett - lots of extra fabric down there. If u need it it's great, if you don't, the extra fabric bulges and is uncomfortable.

I purchased just one pair of these to try out and see if I liked them, if they were comfortable, if that gusset piece really WAS going to cover the goods (why the don’t make that longer in ALL underwear I will genuinely NEVER know), and to see what the fit and material was like (nobody likes a likes a sweaty thong 🥴). I am, as always, loving them! All of the questions I had, tick them all to “we got you”, they are some of the best thongs I’ve worn! Now I want to throw out most of my underwear and solely just have these in there! The gusset bit did it for me as it’s a pet peeve of mine! Genuinely just get them, you’ll be converted too!

I absolutely love these!! They really don’t feel like anything is there. They are so comfy and make me feel sexy. I wish I bought more! I have two pairs of these so far and they’re always my go-to.
They’re super cute but they roll down throughout the day. They’re really light and when they stay in place, they’re comfortable. I really love how wide the gusset is. So I still wear them, but the rolling down is enough for me to not love them.
