RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. If you do not select Checkout+, you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders that do not have Checkout+ can purchase return labels inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. International orders with Checkout + are not eligible for exchange-only returns.

Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store. An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or color of the same item, you will be credited for the amount paid and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit. If there is a price difference, you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.

I don’t know how you mess up a baseball cap this bad. The front has a lot of excess fabric making it poofy and weird looking. The front stitching is curved and off center. There a mess of loose threads on the back and the clasp situation is bulky and impractical. Idk maybe I got a bad one, but it’s rather disappointing regardless.

The colors are beautifully delicate, but the hat looks a bit odd on me due to the larger look to the top, front part of the hat. The material that connects to the bill of the hat overlays a bit causing the top front to billow out a bit. I’m keeping it in the hopes it grows on me, but if I had paid attention to the style I would not have purchased this particular hat.
So cute and I use it with my tutu pink clothes whenever I’m on the run or doing a workout.
It’s a little big and I miss the high ponytail hole. Cute color though!
